They are responsive to emails and phone calls. They keep good track of what is happening like the progress of permit application. They were really busy but they squeezed my job into their schedule, so that I do not need to wait for too long.

I've used Fuse before for dryer repair, and they provided excellent service. I had the same very positive experience with their work when my AC broke. The job was challenging due to the old age of my unit and the lack of parts identical to what the original unit had. Alan was excellent - he diagnosed the problem, found compatible parts for my unit, worked a 12-hour day to get the AC up and running, and took the time to verify that the unit was working correctly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am usually very critical of contractor's work, but these guys did outstanding work. I had an old furnace replaced and AC added. The also setup the system to run 2 zones. The crew from Fuse did a quality job from sales through installation. I am very happy I went with Fuse. Now I just need a 100 degree day to try out the AC. My neighbor also selected them and I said you will be very happy with the work they do. If you are reading this, get a few estimates in addition to Fuse and you will get a very competitive quote. You will see complete professionalism and responsiveness from sales (ask for Stan - he was great) to installation.
