Uri came the same day and helped me with 2 running toilets and 1 clogged sink. The total bill came in under estimate and Uri did a great job. I’m very pleased.

I needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Purchased on Home Depot, paid for install with order, and saved $100. Completed within 24 hours of faucet delivery. Excellent job.

URV plumber was available on short-notice and came on-time. They were responsive. We had a clogged shower drain. The quote/price for the fix was already mentioned on phone. We were happy that the issue was fixed in 20-30mins

Roman (the plumber) and Yakov (does the scheduling) are both great! Scheduling was a breeze and Roman came and inspected the the situation in our masterbath shower not consistently having hot water and ultimately was able to help figure out what the problem was. Initially we replaced the cartridge and that didn't solve the issue so Roman came back at no charge and was able to determine that it was an issue with our shower head. We replaced the shower head and have not full consistent hot water flowing again. We also wanted to have our tankless water heater flushed out since we hadn't done so in 3 years and Roman was able to do this well and efficiently. Highly recommend URV Plumbing!

I had a tub drain leak and they came out immediately. After a little diagnostics by Roman he gave a quote for a repair, and was able to fix it in about an hour along with his assistant. They were very prompt and professional.

We had a kitchen counter top replaced. They unhooked everything under the kitchen sink. When the new counter was installed, they made the necessary adjustments to hook up the faucet, new garbage disposal, dish washer, etc. and made sure everything was working correctly with no leaks. Polite, professional.

Roman did an excellent job of replacing the faucet. It only took 4 hrs to finish the job from the time I contacted him via yelp. He kept me updated and showed up on time. Would certainly call hi the next time we need any help.

I have a Kohler toilet, the type that requires special insert anchors to hold the toilet seat down. The okd screws would not come out. I had URV come over and remove them, it was crucial to be very careful so as not to break the porcelain, very expensive. He came as expected, was clean, was careful, and the work area was left clean. I really needed someone who was careful and I am happy for that

Roman Ugrimov from URV projects was professional from start to finish. Services he provided for us was to install a water softener system and also flushed out our tankless water heater.
The water softener system was a little more difficult as he had to get to our main line through the ceiling of our garage as we live in a condo and the outer walls could not be accessed.
He was able to install the system and the system looks very nice in our garage. He took his time and did the job correctly. He minimized the amount of space needed in the garage which allowed us to still have space for our existing "junk" in our garage.
Roman did an A+ job and we 100% recommend Roman or URV projects for your plumbing needs.
I spoke/texted with a couple fine people within URV projects and they responded right away and within the first day Roman was onsite accessing our difficult situation.
They were attentive and polite the whole way through!

Roman was a TRUE professional! We had other contractors working on the home at the same time that the water needed to be shut off for the repair. Although the other contractors were advised that Roman was replacing a leaky pipe and NOT to turn on the water, the other contractors flipped on the water not once but TWICE! Roman, his tools and his working area were soaking wet and we had to run out to the main to shut it back off. Although he was a bit frustrated, Roman kept his cool and handled the situation way better than I would have. He remained friendly throughout the entire job and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again in the future. Roman, sorry for making that job harder than it should have been but thank you for your help w the leak!
