Excellent service. Called in the morning; they came in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up. Hassle free. Sal explained everything clearly. Very professional. Really good experience; completely satisfied.

Called Davis Appliance Repair at 4pm on a Friday because I had water running into my refrigerator. I was pretty sure that my defrost tube was clogged but I didn't know how to fix the problem. The person I talked to took the time to explain what I could do to try and resolve the issue myself instead of just simply setting up a time for him to come out and see what needed to be done. Well his advice worked and I fixed the clog myself and it didn't cost me anything. I appreciate the fact that DAR tried the simple path first, even if it meant that they were not going to make any money. Thank you Davis Appliance Repair. You have earned all of my future appliance repairs.

Leo was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond with his service. Dryer was fixed, cleaned and put into great shape for a much better deal than his competitors could make. Will call him first for all appliance repairs.

This was the best service I have ever experienced for repair work. Leo was very professional ,great customer service ,prompt ,he explained what the problem was and was very courteous from start to finish. I can not say enough about him. Leo is absolutely wonderful! I hired him to fix my dishwasher and the only issue was there were sunflower seeds stuck in the R2D2 thingy on the sink. While it was an easy issue to fix he took the time to give further advice to keep the dishwasher, washing machine and air ducts up. He's an absolutely charm to work with, really reasonable and honest! Thank you! Finally someone who knows customer service!

In some perfect world, a repair technician can arrive and simply diagnose the problem by an imperceptible sound or shimmy. In fact, this is exactly what happened. The cost of the part and repair was reviewed in detail and we worked through the logic of repair v new purchase. In the end, the cost of the visit was folded into the cost of the part and repair. More than fair. During the quick repair, I learned a great deal about the broken part and got some wonderful tips on how to clean and maintain our washer. If there’s an art to a repair visit , then I would say this comes pretty close to a masterpiece.

We had the microwave in our Kitchenaid combination oven/microwave unit die. Normally I do my own appliance repair so I ordered the service manual and did some basic checks and decided that this was not a repair I wanted to try. I called Leo and he was out troubleshooting the problem that afternoon. This turned out to be a difficult repair and it did take a while to get it fixed. That said, Leo was always willing to work around my schedule and worked late on the last night to get it fixed. I am so glad I had them do the repair. He was a pleasure to work with and his rates were surprisingly reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Leo again for any repairs and would not hesitate recommending him if you need an appliance repaired.

Please please not use this service company at all, the technician not solve you any problem and charge you money. Too bad, garbage company

Water was leaking from the back of washer. I wasn't able to move the washer out from wall and my husband was out of town, so I called for repair. I explained the problem to the tech. After about an hour moving and checking machine he said he couldn't find a leak, took my check and left. When my husband returned he pulled out the washer and in less than a minute said it was the cold water line. He could feel the water leaking. He replaced the hose. Problem solved. You'd think a trained tech would check the water lines if the problem is discribed as "water on the floor coming from the back of the machine ".
