“I can’t say enough good things about South Valley Mechanical! When our AC broke down right before a 109° heat wave, David, the owner, came out himself and got it up and running in no time. His professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment he arrived. He explained the issue clearly and provided an honest assessment without any upselling. David’s open honesty and willingness to help us in our time of need were truly remarkable. The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and I highly recommend South Valley Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC services!”

My wife and I would like to commend David, the owner of SVM, for his professional, honest, and cordial demeanor in providing service and repair to our AC. We feel SVM gives the best AC residential service in Delano. Thank you David and Joseph for your AC services and highly recommend the SVM company.

Best service available locally. Went above and beyond the service call and got my A/C unit running. If anyone locally needs their unit serviced or repaired give SVM a call. Years of experience showed when he asked me turn on my unit to check what was actually wrong with it not what I thought was wrong with it. David showed that he cared about his customers having some cold air rather than just making a sale.

The team over at South Valley Mechanical truly go above and beyond to ensure that my home unit is running in the best shape. They also service our business AC's and they take the time to thoroughly explain all issues that we come across, answer all of our questions, and provided expert recommendations tailored to the needs of my home and facilities I manage. Can not recommend them enough.

I’ve used this company twice. First Eddie came out sometime last year, and today I had Blue come by. Both workers displayed great customer service, and I plan to use this company in the future. Keep up the great work!

Had a strange experience with this company. I called to schedule a checkup as my HVAC was not cooling optimally. I spoke to the receptionist and was upfront about what unit I had and the circumstances of said unit. I also told her I verified that I was still under warranty with the original manufacturer of the unit and intended on using the manufacturer warranty. I made sure to be very clear and confirm with them if they worked with the manufacturer to honor the warranty. She was very polite and helped me and explained everything to the best of her ability. She said they do work with that manufacturer and it should not be a problem. She told me the tech will go to my house the next day but did not show up until two days later. That’s when I started to be wary of the company. They called me and told me they would be at my home in 30 minutes. I left work to meet them there on my lunch and they did not show up until an hour and a half later. At this point I missed the tech but had someone meet him at my house. After the tech inspected my unit he told me that his boss would call me to give me a quote. His boss then calls me and without hesitation started off on a tangent about how my unit is so bad and that the original manufacturer is no good and that the warranty process is so complicated for his company. Basically trashing my unit and making me feel as if I did something wrong and in my opinion felt like he was dissuading me from using the warranty. All I wanted was to get my unit fixed. I never asked for his opinion about the company that made my unit. Very strange interaction. After his lengthy rant I interrupt him to simply ask him what would be the cost to repair as that was what my initial call was about. He tells me the price and I ask if that’s just the labor as the parts were suppose to be warrantied. He goes off on another rant about what running his company cost him as if I had any interest in what his cost of doing business was. I just wanted a simple quote and I left with a horrible experience. It’s almost like he was trying hard to convince me to not give them business. I ended up having to pay for their pricy service call but could not possibly give them any work after. I went with another company that was leagues more professional, less expensive, and prompt.
