Javier came the same day to drain my pool and get it prepped to refill the same night. I had been having trouble finding anyone to come out. Hes professional and knowledgeable, friendly and works fast. He explained everything to me so I would understand and even got my waterfalls working. I highly recommend him if you need any pool services. Hes fantastic

They are always on time and very professional about their job. I never have to tell them what to do, they just come and know what they need to do. Always leaves my pool nice and clean. They also speak Spanish which is very helpful for those who don’t speak English. Over all very pleased with their work!

I have black algae and Javier could not fit me in his route at this time but guided me how to attack the black algae. He spent a half hour on the phone helping me get the right chemicals and how to do this myself. That is great customer service. I hope he can put me in his route as I felt he would not take advantage of me by selling me thing I don't need like Leslie Pools.

Very good customer service , when they say they can get your pool clean and blue they mean it. They may not be the cheapest service or low cost but for the money they are very high quality. The owner personally took care of my pool and was very upfront and honest with me. There are others out there that will try to upsell or let your pool sweeper do half the work. Not with these guys. They will come service your pool every week and always call before they come over. P.S I would not recommend (pink's pool service) they ripped me off.

I have a 15 year old swimming pool and I noticed over the winter the exposed pool plumbing had several leaks. I called J&J Pool Service to see if they also did repairs. They responded the next business day to access the problem areas. They came back within days with the appropriate parts to fix the leaks. While they were there I had them service my sand filter, drain & power wash my pool. After refilling my pool I was so impressed with their work ethic and how beautiful my pool looked I began a weekly pool chemical maintenance service with J&J. I highly recommend this company!

I reached out to J&J after my pool warranty company’s contractor was unresponsive for nearly a full month after my pump motor went out. Javier was extremely responsive, professional, and resourceful to make sure our pool was operational before my daughters’ birthday party. He assessed the equipment the next day, and installed the pump within a week. He even made another trip out on a Sunday to explain how to operate and program the new pump, and offered to come out again with his commercial vacuum to help clear up the water before the birthday party (for free). This company reflects what customer service used to be like 20 years ago. Hard to find great contractors like this.
