Did a very good job cleaning the carpet. If any spots were still visible, he came back and re-did the area and completely removed the stains. Very thorough and professional service.

We had an emergency around 11 PM and reached out to Yusif at CozyCarpets, honestly not expecting a reply that late, but he responded right away.

He was super helpful, easy to work with, and very kind. Even though it was a big job, he handled everything smoothly and made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

Definitely someone we’d recommend to anyone, no matter the size of the job.

Our carpets had some noticeable stains, so I didn’t expect perfect results, but they looked much better than I expected. Yusif was friendly and focused on the spots that needed extra attention. I had an excellent experience with CozyCarpet.
Joseph was punctual, cordial and kind. My carpet was old, dirty and dusty. It was not a shaggy carpet but it wasn't thin either. It was quite a thick carpet though. He deep cleaned it and got all the dirt out.
It looked so much better. There were no spots and the color was much brighter. I highly recommend CozyCarpet.

I haven't cleaned my carpet in over 8 years (only standard vacuum) and CozyCarpet was great - they were able to fit me in last-minute on the weekend and were very professional. My carpets look like they're brand new and stain free. I couldn't believe the dirt that he extracted out and that our normal vacuum just can't clean. We would be still breathing that in if we didn't clean it. He was cheaper in price than the other companies I asked and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
