Ivan was very prompt in showing up and rather than replacing components, he took the time to diagnose the problem. Ended up with a resolution that did not require replacing any parts. Very satisfied with the service provided.

My water heater was leaking so I did a search and made a few calls. I chose Plumbing Experts Inc. because they just seemed very professional and were able to come right out. I got my new waterheater installed the same day and water is hot again. They did a great job!

Plumbing Experts showed up on time, communicated effectively, and did a fantastic job. The first replacement water heater arrived damaged in packaging, but the PE folks made sure we had a replacement on-site and installed same-day. Will definitely recommend and call in the future.

I hired Ivan to install a moen device. He was punctual and knowledgeable for our estimate and got the job done in a timely manner.

I contacted them about re-assembling a broken bath/shower water adapter. Ivan insisted on coming by on his way home from another job. He had the adapter assembled and reinstalled in 15 minutes. Because the reassembly was relatively minor, he pleasantly refused to accept any payment for it. He was professional and cordial.
