This is a quality company with stellar ownership and staff. Mackenzie in the office is extreme friendly and pleasant on the phone. The technician, Tom, was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. We called Carini to get a second opinion about what ASI had recommended and thank goodness we did. ASI recommended a completely new AC system that would have cost us between $16k-$22k. Carini came in, made a few repairs/suggestions and only cost us $388.00. Huge savings, excellent staff, and just a quality company. They have my business for life!!! Thank you Carini

Sales Manager Jake Cooper did a great job working with me to ensure that I got the system that I wanted and needed. He gave me the information to go through multiple iterations as we designed the final product. Their price was significantly less than 2 other companies that bid on this work, and they were available right away to perform the job on my schedule. Technician Joe and his assistant Josh did great work in all phases of the installation (and cleanup). Joe is particularly good at explaining technical details to the lay person.

I'm so glad I called Carini Home Services for our plumbing woes. AJ Smith was at our door in about 35 minutes and then the problem was solved in 10 minutes, for the most reasonable price. I don't know why anybody would use any other service. Carini's is the Best!

We recently had our Heating System reducted, drew a schematic, called for a quote from a few reputable and known entities and decided on Carini for the job, but what seals my recommendation is the two technicians who came to do the work. James Dutton and Matt Green performed in an excellent, professional and courteous manner with quality workmanship.

The Carini team arrived fully prepared for a one day split ductless system installation at my 94 year old father's house. The team was well trained smoothly progressing through each phase of the install. Truly professional in design, installation, and quality workmanship.
The house is old and modified over the years and a few minor changes were communicated well and resolved appropriately.
An apprentice was on the team and it is noteworthy to see the technicians explaining the how's and why's of a quality installation during the work. Max provided a good design estimate and was on hand to answer questions and the lead tech, Conner, was very good at keeping the team moving forward, the site organized, and the house clean. Attaboy to Caesar and the electricians for their work on an old electrical system.

Javier arrived first thing in the morning, he checked the outlets for our laundry closet, one outlet was fine and the other one wasn’t connected. He connected the one outlet and installed a light outside the laundry closet. We are very happy with the work that Javier completed for us and he is a very nice and friendly person on top of it

I had no idea this company was so far from me yet they still checked out our AC. Elkin was amazingly knowledgeable and I felt he knew mini splits through and through. We are acting on his recommendation for us. Super pleased with this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I recently had my HVAC replaced. Many thanks to Carini Heating, Air & Plumbing for an outstanding job. I appreciated the teamwork from Kathy in the front office; John Bodkin for estimate; Gio & Jesse for installation; Anthony for oversight; and Diana closing the loop in billing – very efficient; impeccable communication.

Covid protocols were followed, and all that came to my home were respectful. John listened to my requirements and didn’t muddy up the estimate with extras I didn’t ask for (or need). He asked the right questions and obviously did his homework on the homes in my neighborhood. Gio & Jesse are the ideal installation team. They arrived early both days; kept me informed throughout the install; cleaned up work areas; and maintained a positive attitude the entire time.

I really felt this crew truly cared and my satisfaction was a high priority. They weren’t being nice just to be nice. Thanks again, Carini HA&P.

I called Carini Heating and Air after getting a quote from another company stating that I needed to replace my furnace. The quote was for $5400! I called Carini to give me another quote, and the technician was wonderful. He called to tell when he was coming and he was extremely professional and kind. My contractor called me to tell me that the technician found that the vents were not properly installed on our remodel, and it was causing back pressure to the furnace. We did not need to replace it after all!! We fixed the venting and the furnace is working fine. The honesty that Carini showed me will make me a customer for life! Thank you Carini!

Recently, our company was shopping around for an electrician to fix an outage that occurred within our office. We found this company on the internet, and were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service received from Joy, the lady who answered the phone at their office. Joy was friendly, pleasant, polite and very accommodating with our scheduling needs. She sent out a service technician during our available hours, and gave us updates as to the technicians arrival. Javier, the service technician, arrived on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Javier was very experienced and resolved our service issue quickly, with zero disruption to our staff. This company exudes EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism, and we will definitely utilize their services in the near future! Thank you!!!

We recently used Carini to install our new heating system. John who came out who gave us the estimate and determined the system we needed was very easy to work with and gave us a good value for the price. Joe who was the main installer was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things along the way. His professionalism and skill were outstanding. Josh his assistant was very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of retrofitting necessary to install the unit, and Joe capably handler all the issues. John came by to check on progress and keep us updated. Having been in the construction business much of my life, I know good subs when I see them. I highly recommend Carini based on their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Very pleased!

Carini was my choice when I needed to replace my home’s AC system. They provided great service upon installation. I just recently had the AC maintenance done - took a while to schedule, but once scheduled, everything went great. Will strongly recommend Carini over the other broadly known AC providers in the central San Diego area.

I selected Carini Home Services for a new furnace and AC unit and I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, competitive pricing and quality work. The work was completed in under two days and passed Wegreen HERS and city inspections with no issues noted. The installation technicians and design specialist were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any work.

We were having problems with our home air conditioning system and trusted Carrini Home Services. Our service tech Elkan was amazing as well as was the office staff.
They were able to get us in ahead of the scheduled date and Elkan was promptly on time.
After troubleshooting our issue and trying to install the replacement thermostat I had purchased, he determined that the unit I bought was also defective and was able to install a new one he had on the truck.
A short time later, our problems were solved and we are very satisfied with the service and professionalism of everyone from Carrini Home Services!

We were in the process of household fixes prior to post-closing home move-in that were based on the home inspection, and we needed some plumbing work to be completed. Carini was very responsive and set up an appointment for a plumbing work diagnosis on our short time schedule. George was punctual for the appointment time. I showed him what the home inspector found and recommended. George was very professional and said he disagreed with the inspector’s assessment of two items. So the decision was made not to make those repairs. This was a major cost savings. George did complete the necessary repairs to a bathroom sink and the toilet water supply hoses. The repairs were done efficiently and expertly. Additionally, George was courteous and patient explaining the repairs. He is a true pro. Thanks George, and also to the crew at Carini. (July 2024)

In addition to the plumbing fixes, we had a week’s work of electrical fixes and upgrades completed by Carini licensed and bonded electricians Javier and Josh. They were an excellent team and completed all the requests including replacing old wiring, adding new circuits, switches and outlets, and installing a cold water bonding ground wire. They worked both in the attic and crawlspace, as well as the house, without any safety issues or concerns.
In the end, they taught me about the wiring in our house and labeled the panel for ease of future upgrades and/or repairs. They were courteous, professional and effective. I feel much more relaxed about the integrity of the electrical systems in the house now. “I’m a happy camper”. Thanks guys.

Today we had an HVAC service tech from Carini Home Services come inspect and evaluate our entire system. Elkin was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He effectively inspected the system and recognized issues that need to be addressed. He was courteous and patient explaining the issues and answered our questions. We welcome him back to make the needed repairs and modifications.

Chris did an exceptional job servicing our Mini Split unit- he was polite, hardworking, considerate, and thorough. I am very happy with his work and thankful for the suggestions he gave to us for keeping our unit working efficiently.

James did a great job. He and Matt and John were excellent in communicating exactly what was going to be done. This is an old house and as problems arose, they did their best to find solutions that were acceptable both aesthetically and financially. I would highly recommend Carini home services
