I have worked with JPM on many projects. I use them because they are on top of there scheduling, give quick and fair bids, always do top quality work and there guys are friendly and attentive to customer needs. I an Very happy with Jason and his team.

Always the one and only company we call for our Heating and AC needs. We were getting 3 bids from various Heating & Air companies when we first met Jason with JPM. He didn't try to over sell us something we didn't need or wasn't appropriate for our home size. He took the time to educate us on various products and their warranties and what was best for our home. He is dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. I have friends, family and colleagues that have used JPM as well! We will trust nor use anyone else! JPM is a well run company from the top down. From the owner, Jason to the office with Christina, to the installers... all were prompt and professional.
Tommy gave us a thorough inspection and appraisal of our needs and provided a complete understanding of how they would go about installing our A/C.
We received multiple bids but was most impressed by JPM's professionalism. Their bid was fair and more inclusive than the others.
JPM was ready to install but being part of a condo association, we first needed HOA approval. JPM provided the necessary documents with insurance papers for us to gain approval.
Manny and his crew did a great installation. They were on time, efficient, clean and left our home in perfect shape.
HERS testing and Mechanical inspection went well and best of all, the system works great ! Couldn't be happier.

JPM was very professional and efficient throughout our project of adding AC to our condo. From initial contact to give us a quote through job completion, everything went very smoothly, and we are very pleased with the results. They offered very competitive pricing, and were able to schedule us within a week for both the quote and installation once we decided to move ahead. I would highly recommend JPM for your HVAC needs!

I live in San Marcos and wouldn't have thought of calling a company in El Cajon, .....but they were highly recommended by a friend in my area so I took a chance. Manny, Ernesto and Mike arrived when they were scheduled and worked hard, in the heat, to complete installation of my new air conditioner. They were very polite, hard working and Manny explained what they had to correct at my house in order to make a great installation. He replaced the filter in my furnace and even gave me a spare. I've recommended them to my son already and will give great recommendations to anyone I hear is looking for their kind of service.

The experience I had with JPM is what should be the gold standard for every business. They fit me in on a hot, hot day with a pleasant scheduler (Christina?) and Jason, the owner, came by himself. He knew what the problem was before he even took off the back panel and luckily had the part in his truck. In and out in under 30 minutes and back to having a cool house. What a relief! Definitely recommend!

Very dependable always returns my calls quickly. Great service been using JPM heating and air for about 20 years. Definitely would recommend.

Our A/C cooling unit blew out a coil on the hottest day of the week, Sunday of the 3-day Labor Day weekend. I made some calls in desperation with no luck, but Jason of JPM called me back Sunday evening and he came early Monday morning for an evaluation. He informed me that the system needed to be replaced and they were about 2 weeks out, but might possibly have an opportunity on Friday if other projects finished on time. Jason didn't try to upsell me anything that we didn't need; he kept it totally honest and realistic. He and his team were here this morning and finished the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system by about 11:30! They were so professional and courteous it was actually a pleasure having them here. I can't say enough good things about our experience with JPM! I give them the strongest possible recommendation if you are in need of HVAC service!

We had a previous company come out and did not take care of our a/c unit in a professional manner, trying to take advantage of us. We called JPM Heating and Air and Jason was quick to take care of us and even turned out the part was under warranty. I would absolutely call JPM again and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service at their home.

JPM installed a new heater and an air conditioner in my home. The crew were very polite and very neat - they cleaned everything before they left to what it had been before they came. They had a difficult situation to contend with my crazy electrical panel but were still able to get everything working perfectly in one day. Unfortunately its been too cold to use the A/C yet, but I'm in love with my new heater. JPM gave me a competitive price for an excellent heating and cooling system that is appropriately sized for my home and I am very happy now. I highly recommend JPM Heating & Air.

We were referred to JPM by a friend that is in construction. They were able to come to our facility the very next day. Bowen was very knowledgeable and quickly had a solution. The next day he was back out replacing some parts and had our a/c ice cold much faster than I expected. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use JPM in the future and highly recommend them.

My Nest thermostat stopped working. Called JPM and they came out right away. It was my pump for the A/C unit was frozen. They had one of the truck and was able to fix it right away. Very kind and courteous. Great company.

Happy to recommend JPM. Heating and Air. A few years ago they installed a complete new HVAC in my home, furnace, air conditioner and new ductwork . The price was fair, the work was done when promised, and the system has worked dependably ever since. I've since had them service the system, and their work was pleasant and professional. I will continue to call upon them when the need arises, and I am happy to recommend them to others.
2/2/24 - Cleaned to dryer vent they had installed. Technician arrived when promised, was very pleasant, and did the job quickly with no problem.
I am a satisfied customer, I keep coming back.

I had Rich come out. He was super friendly and efficient. He was done in less than an hour and showed me photos of what he installed and explained what had been wrong and how he had addressed it. I was mentally prepared for a big bill as AC repair has been for me in the past, and was pleasantly surprised with what I felt was very reasonable. Most importantly, I got my cool air back just in time for the weekend! I would most definitely recommend JPM to others.

First time working with this company. Good communication, technician was prompt & explained his findings during the requested maintenance check of my AC system. Reasonable cost, I was pleased with their service.

I called JPM again, as I had used their service before for my air conditioning repair. This time my heater stopped working because a part that is very old. It is questionable whether the part can be found, however Jason was able to get it working for now. The plus for me, was Jason's straight forward information and honesty and communication skills. My impression without knowing him personally, is that he is a highly principled character. Thank you Jason.

I recommend JPM for preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. They were recommended to me by family members for whom they installed a new HVAC system. I scheduled a preventive maintenance visit for my A/C-heat pump. Rich was the technician who did the maintenance. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I liked that he explained the system to me, it was very helpful given that I had no information about it when I bought my condo. The price seemed affordable to me, money well-spent for peace of mind.

Rich showed me that its refrigerant filter is in poor condition and I plan to have JPM replace it.

Very professional. It was less than one week from my initial contact and quote that my system was installed. Their price was very competitive and their service was beyond excellent. They're the best. As soon as it got hot this summer our motor in our air conditioning unit went out. Jason found the motor was still under warranty and before you know it Rich was putting in the new motor. Fantastic service and alway a pleasure to do business with them.
