We had an emergency situation where the bathtub wouldn't drain. When we called for service on Friday morning they were booked for the day but put us on the list in case an availability came up. Within an hour a technician came and fixed the problem. From the initial call for help, to the follow up communications regarding the arrival time of service, to the technician himself, Pride Plumbing provided service above and beyond our expectations! Professional and helpful and all for a very affordable fee. Pride Plumbing will remain our preferred plumber!

Wow! Fantastic service. After being disappointed with other companies, Pride Plumbing showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. CJ was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All of our plumbing needs will be handled by Pride Plumbing in the future.

Joey, the Pride plumber, evaluated the situation and recommended a path forward. I appreciate his assessment and recommendation. He was the best.

Rob was the Pride plumber making our house call today. He was polite and professional. Rob showed us the issues involved and how he would remedy the problem. When finished, he left the working area clean and in perfect working order.

We had our shower drain clogged. We couldnt unclogged and they were able to do the repair very quickly. They kept me informed of what had clogged my drain and were very clean. No mess left behind like what usually other companies do. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Prices are great too. Thanks again. Fernando was our technician. He was great 👍

We had two issues that we called Pride Plumbing to help. First, our tankless water heater was showing error codes and second was a backed up drain. Pride sent Don for the tankless water heater and Damon for the drain. Both were experienced journeyman who were professional, courteous and polite. Don inspected the water heater and made some recommendations but Pride did not charge for his time. When Damon arrived, he quickly and respectfully assessed the problem and within 30 minutes had the problem resolved. He knew exactly how to fix the issue expeditiously resulting in a big savings to us. Damon put down mats to protect the flooring and neither Don nor Damon tried to upsell us for unnecessary work.
The plumbers we had been using for a long time recently closed and we were very anxious about using new plumbers. We are very happy that we found Pride Plumbing. From our initial interaction with the receptionist who also was pleasant and professional and scheduled appointments for the same day that we called. Excellent service all around and we are so glad that we have found our new plumbers!!!! Thank you Damon, Don and Pride Plumbing!

Staff are very professional and do a great job of explaining the pros, cons and costs of options for plumbing repairs. Started job on time and completed early. Did a great job.

I just had Damon from Pride Plumbing fix a blockage that had caused serious headaches and serial leaks. It was a great experience! Damon was friendly and professional, arrived exactly when he said he would, and diagnosed and solved the problem expertly. This is the 6th time I've had Pride Plumbing help me out and every time they have been excellent and the prices reasonable.

Super grateful for Lyle and the staff at Pride Plumbing! We had a drain issue and they were so easy to coordinate with, quick to get out here and resolve the issue.
Lyle did a great job explaining what was going on and making sure we were all set before heading out. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a plumbing bind!

I can’t say enough good things about Pride Plumbing! I’ve had them out to my home 4-5 times and every time they are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and get the job done right. The first time they came out they found the source of my leak in 30 minutes after I had three other companies come only leaving me with holes in my walls and no solutions. Chuck and Rob are really stand up guys who are so helpful and knowledgeable and will find ways to save you money. Rob has wonderful customer service, cleans up after his job, and makes me feel like my dad is there giving me tips and tricks about plumbing. The admin staff have also been very professional and courteous as well. I recommend this company unequivocally!!!

Lyle came out to repair a leak in my ceiling. He worked efficiently to identify the source of the leak and repair it. He explained step-by-step what he was doing. I felt like I was treated with honesty, and work was done at a fair price. Would contact Pride Plumbing again for future work!

Lyle from Pride Plumbing came out to our home in La Mesa and provided excellent service. He was very helpful, explained everything he observed and needed to do, and was friendly throughout the entire process.
