I called at 8:30 am with a clogged second floor bathroom drain. Adan, the plumber, was here in less than an hour and 20 minutes later a stubborn, ugly clogged drain was completely clear. I have used Quick Plumbing & Drain since 2011. They are friendly, fast, efficient and a very good value.

I highly recommend this company. Jaime was the plumber and was very efficient and professional. He was able to refuse my original trap and saved me some money. So honest. I will definitely reuse them in the future.

Great service for nearly 15 yrs. Jaime has been our plumber all this time. He has done so much work for us, and I think every single house in our cul-de-sac has had him work on their house, year after year. Yes, he can be hard to contact. He is a small business owner with a lot of clients. But he works ALL the time and it can be difficult to make everyone happy. I've heard stories of over charging, but honestly, he's always done right by us. Plumbing is expensive and a dirty job. Give him a try.

Had fast response time with Esme the dispatcher. She was quickly able to set up appointment for us. The technicians Adam and Israel arrived within the timeframe they gave us and were very considerate and were able to explain our problem to the point we understood. I never thought we could get genuine service from a plumbing company. These guys know what they're doing compared to other companies we have used before. The price was surprisingly affordable considering all The work they did. I will use their services from Now on and will reccomend to everyone I know.

Look, so I only leave a review if I was really impressed by the service or really upset at the service. After using Quick plumbing for maybe 3 years now I figured they deserve my honest review. Quick Plumbing and Drain has always been EXCELLENT SERVICE every time I’ve called. When I call Quick Plumbing & Drain, they go above and beyond. They have always been professional, quick, they know there stuff, and have shown up shortly after I’ve called them. My most recent request was a water heater issue. Adan showed up for the water heater issue I had, and got right to it. Anytime I had a question about “is it bad?” “Do I need a new water heater?” Anything! he answered and basically said not to worry because I won’t need to buy another water heater. He did his thing and did great. Granted I dont know exactly what he did but he saved me some money fixing whatever was wrong with my water heater, and he did it fairly quick! Like I’ve said, I’ve been using this company for 3 years roughly and I will continue to call them for their promptness professionalism and knowledge.

After no return calls (3 attempts) from a nearby competitor to even schedule a job, we called Quick Plumbing to fix two master bathroom sink faucets. They were out the next day and fixed a slow faucet and missing stopper mechanism. The plumber was on time, considerate, fast, and charged a fair rate. We'll definitely call them again.

Jaime has done several jobs at my residence ranging from replacing old welded water supply valves in walls, to helping me finish installing my water heater ensuring it was up to code. Recently he replaced a 7ft portion of my main sewer line. He is pleasant to be around, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, very reasonably priced, and a great professional. The plumber all other plumbers should strive to be! I recommend him and his business to everyone I know in the San Diego area.

Their plumber's are not honest. I was given a quote first time that was right but after the work was done the plumber told me it would be cheaper and I would get $20 off. I ended up paying almost double the second visit. I wouldn't use them again.

Terrible terrible service! They need to correct it.
They sent a guy that had no idea what he was doing. He was a little slow dragging his feet, asking the wrong questions over and over and you could tell he was trying to maximize his time here to charge more money. I immediately stopped service and told him I will get a different plumber he throws a fit and calls his boss Jaime. I stand there as he spews lies to Jaime while I'm asking for the phone to talk to Jaime myself. He tells Jaime that he will collect the $65, and for jaime to call me and he hangs up in my face. Mind you I have a flyer that clearly says "Free Estimates". I try to explain the situation to Jaime but he's reciting verbatim the lies guy just told him on the phone. I disputed the $65 with Jaime who tells me "Have a merry christmas with the $65" and childlishly hangs up. Terrible service and false advertising. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible plumbing company. The owner jamie is very unprofessional, yes he does know plumbing but has a Horrible attitude. Won't use them again
