I would highly recommend Remedy Rooter to anyone in need of their services. Dan was quick to respond to my call, arrived on time, was very professional and left my kitchen without any mess. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my under sink filtration system and fixed it very quickly. The price was very reasonable, and I was very happy with the overall experience. They took time to answer all my questions and also took a look at the water softener and water heater for any potential problems. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is my 3rd time using Remedy Rooter. They have become my 1st and only call. Today Rick came to assess and fix a bathroom shower issue. I appreciated his professionalism. He took time to explain the problem, offered options, and fully answered my many questions. He was able to fix the problem at the time of service, and made sure to show me the completed work. I will keep using Remedy Rooter my plumbing needs!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Remedy Rooter. I’d happily give them 10 stars if I could. The office staff, Amber was extremely kind and helpful. A pleasure to speak with. The technician, Juan is the best plumber I have EVER worked with. He was on time, quickly assessed the problem, identified a solution and triple checked his work before leaving. Thank you! I hope I won’t need a plumber again for a while but when I do, Remedy Rescue is the only one I will call.

Jesus did an incredible job to fix the leak under our sink. Even though we were the last call of the day he still went above and beyond to make sure all the plumbing was perfect and worked well in to the evening to make sure the job was done exact. Incredible work ethic and extremely helpful! Amber at customer service was also very kind and helpful working with my schedule. Great company! Will always be back

Juan from Remedy Rooter was great, everyone I talked to from Remedy Rooter was very kind and helpful. They were able to investigate my tub leak on a weekend and made an appointment for me the following week. Great service, very timely, described the problem well, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Extremely grateful for their help.

My landlord and property management company are … suboptimal. Which means for the past 4 years I’ve developed a kinship with this company. Every 6 weeks we’ve been rendezvousing around my bath tub to snake it. Because 4 years ago they reported the plumbing needed to be replaced…

Fast forward, the landlords are selling and lo and behold the buyers don’t want this plumbing woe.

Enter Eli (one of my fave of the rooters) and Rafeal. What shining examples of professionalism, craftsmanship, work ethic and humanity. They get I’m non-plussed to have contractors in and out. They diagnosed the problem, spelled it out in purple crayon for the licensed professional property manager how and why it needed to be remedied, coordinated with the downstairs commercial tenant (where the problem originated) came back and fully remediated the problem. All while being respectful of my home and that I had to work.

I’ll miss Remedy Router, and Eli most of all. But I am thrilled to be able to shower at my leisure.

Mr Raphael was an excellent and professional plumber and he knew his business. Very focused to finish the job professionally and offered kind and professional advice about the problem. It was a leak that I had no idea where it was coming from and he knew exactly where it was from. I was so relieved that they helped me the same day they found the problem I can't say enough about this company if you hire them you won't be disappointed

Great experience, end to end. It was very easy to get a quote, approve the estimate, and schedule the work. The technician, Eli, arrived on time, completed the job, and left the house cleaner than when he started. We had a toilet replaced and our water heater flushed. The price was more than fair and the work was completed with zero issues. Highly recommend Remedy Rooter for any residential plumbing needs. I've already referred my neighbors to them.

Rick Barba was incredible, arriving in less than 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Less than one hour transpired from when we called to when our plumbing issue was fixed. Thank you, Rick!

After an initial issue was not resolved at a tenant's residence, RR sent out another crew to follow up on the issue which was a main drain blockage. Isaiah and Edwin addressed the issue and after negotiating the terms for the follow up work, they attacked the issue and got the main drain line cleared. They showed up in company labelled trucks and uniforms. They both were really concerned about my issue, extremely courteous and professional. They worked exceptionally hard to solve my issue, did not make a mess and were very respectful of my tenant's home (I had to pull the toilet for them to clean out the main drain so things could have gotten s+++y!). As I have several rentals, RR has gone on my call list and I will definitely call them again. Thanks guys!!!

We were having a backup in our drain clean out and I called a few other Rooter companies who were more interested in selling us on expensive solutions but Dan and the Remedy Rooter team gave us their honest opinion and came out immediately to inspect the problem. After the inspection they encouraged us to work with the city as it could actually be problem on their end and not ours - further showing their commitment to finding the correct solution and not the one that will make them the most money as a company. A true customer first company.

Rick and Rafael were called out to fix a sewar line that was cracked in my office that I rent. They did an excellent work, great communicators and did a nice job leaving our bathroom clean after the repair. I recommend Remdy Rooter.

From the start with Chris and Amber in the front office to Rafael conducting the diagnostic who alley-oped Rick and Ray finishing the job. My experience with Remedy Rooter for the installation of my new tankless water heater was absolutely amazing!

Chris and Amber set up the appointment for a diagnosis and the estimate was incredibly quick and easy with Rafael. I was also thoroughly impressed with how timely they were in getting the necessary equipment; there was no waiting around. The technicians Rick and Ray who performed the installation were exceptionally professional and informative, clearly explaining everything throughout the process. As for the craftsmanship, it's truly to be desired – a clean, efficient, and expertly done job. I would wholeheartedly recommend Remedy Rooter to everyone in need of plumbing services!
