I highly recommend these guys. They are true professionals, very knowledgeable, super helpful, and very quick to respond. Everyone I interacted with from Kirk to Troy to Colin to Patti was top notch. I started off just wanting one thing but ended up doing a lot more because they made it so simple. I LOVE these guys and recommend them to anyone looking more a more efficient home automation or security system.

when looking for a company that could elevate the tech in our strand home in manhattan beach, we chose interior tech because of their process. Very professional, very efficient, and created a plan based on a budget and stuck to it. Not only did the sales side create a plan that excited us, but the execution side of the team was VERY professional, patient, and followed through on every part of the design. They took my notes on the system seriously, and made me feel like every optimal need I had within the system mattered to them as much as it mattered to me. I only wish they also handled plumbing, appliances, and roofing because I would hire them them to do it all!

Short: Great company - knowledge, staff, execution

Long-ish: I am a custom home builder and have clients across the technology spectrum, that all require support and education. Interior Technologies delivers across all fronts. Kirk is a great communicator of services and options. Troy and Andy are fantastic working out the details of installation and coordination. It is a real value added to have someone you can trust and rely on job after job that stand by their work.

I had a great experience with Interior Technologies. They installed a new TV in my living room and took down my old TV from the living room and installed it in my bedroom. The entire job took less time than they estimated and they hooked up my Rokus and soundbar to each TV and then calibrated the television for optimal sound and picture. They did a great job!

When choosing a low voltage integrator you need to remember you are entering a long term relationship with the provider; not just the installation process. Interior Technologies excels at all points of the low voltage journey. Their post-installation support is amazing. Recently they instituted 24/7 monitoring (for a fee) and it has been exceptional. The post installation services may seem "pricey", but they are really worth it, I promise! Great company from beginning to end of the process.

After spending about 50000 with Interior Technologies about 5 years ago I needed to get 1 Lutron switch reprogramed due to replacing this switch. I was told that it would cost me $300 (2 hr minimum at 150 per hr) for maybe 5 minutes of work . Great customer service! I would not recommend .
