This is a thoroughly competent and caring company. They show up when they say will. They do wonderful work and do not overcharge. This company is a complete gem and i have used them for 3 very different issues and every time been completely impressed.

I had my entire house backing into my downstairs bathroom. Found it at 6am, called Pacific Drain at 7am, and they were at my house by 10am. Quickly were able to clear the blockage, scoped the line to make sure it was all clear and structural and marked out where a clean out should be installed at some point. Whole thing lasted an hour and it was done great. Did not feel like I was being up sold on anything. Highly recommended!

We've known about Nasir for more than 20 years. He and his dad were always a neighborhood secret -- the guys you call to keep your house out of deep doodoo -- literally. They know sewers, they know plumbing, and I can't count the times they've helped us keep water where it belonged. They're friendly and nice, and prices are reasonable.

I have been using Pacific Drain services for over 30 years. They are the best! Nasir is an exceptional plumber; very professional, honest and goes beyond to do the best job. I would be lost without him!

Nasir installed a sump, float controlled sump pump, and drain line in my rental house crawl space. He and his workers were on-time and polite to my tenant. They completed the work professionally, ahead of schedule, and for less than the cost estimate. I would not hesitate to call Pacific Drain for a future project.

I had contacted Nasir to help find the source of a leak. A leak detection company had come in earlier and mentioned that there was a leak in the drain pipe but could not isolate the location of the leak. Nasir was able to identify the exact location of the leak in 20 mins and even fixed the leak later in the afternoon for half the price the leak detection company charged to incorrectly detect the leak. He also gave me good recommendations on remediation companies to contact for the water damage. He will definitely be my go to guy for plumbing work in the future.

Nasir has done a lot of work for us over the years, and every time he is professional, communicative, and goes out of his way to make it to our place as quickly as possible whenever something comes up. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

I highly recommend Nasir. I tried other plumbers when my sewer drain was clogged but they did not clear the clogged drain and in the end I felt scammed :(
But Nasir shared so much information before I even hired him, then did great work and cleared the clogged line. Then charged me a very reasonable amount for his work. He is a good communicator, showed up on schedule, did great work and didn’t charge too much so I highly recommend him.

I called Nasir at Pacific Drain & Plumbing for two plugged sinks and leaking shower valve. When I realized the quality and efficiency of his work I gave him a list of 8 other problems, most were small. He went through all of them and did a fantastic job, was only here 40 minutes and the price was most reasonable. I will definitely use him again and I think others would be impressed with Nasir and his work.
