Mark and Jake and their crew were awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything to me. They were efficient and just overall lovely people. It is a really great system, and I am very happy I decided to go all electric with my new Trane HVAC! And, I am eligible for SMUD‘s great rebate. Mark came out less than 24 hours after I reached out regarding our AC unit not working during a heatwave. Found the problem and fixed it quickly.

I had to post a review for this company because they are top of the line. As COVID hit, our AC unit was blowing constant air and would not turn off. We called Ecology Air Innovations and they took over 30 minutes walking through everything with my wife and explaining why we would need a new AC/furnace unit due to the furnace not working. They gave us a quote and told us to let them know when we were ready to order their services.

Well thats a lot of money so we brought in another company to give us a quote/analysis and they quoted THOUSANDS more than Ecology for the same unit. Needless to say, we went with Ecology. They got us an appointment quickly, installed both systems within a day and it was great work. The system works like a charm!

As I stated before, it was during the beginning of COVID so we did wait on the permit for a while to come. We had to sell our house and it had not come yet but when I followed up with their management team, they got in contact with their permit people right away and alleviated our concerns right away. Permit came within the week.

Don't waste your time with other companies, Ecology Air Innovations offer great value and their service is top notch. Doesn't get better.

Ecology Air did a seasonal checkup on my Heat Pump HVAC system. Arrived on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. I’m ready for the heat of summer!

My AC condenser failed a few days ago and I had called a local Auburn company to troubleshoot and provide a repair estimate. Unfortunately, the tech sent out jumped to the conclusion the entire AC system was failed and the condenser was mechanically seized, requiring a massive investment in a whole new system. I was not confident that the system was truly dead despite its age and sent out several requests for info and Mark responded right away. He asked if the first tech had done a few other things in the troubleshooting process, none of which had been tried. Mark was very respectful and professional and was able to come over the next day to troubleshoot. Within 10 minutes, he had the system up and running again and cooling successfully. He did a great job and did not gouge me for the work. I will definitely keep him on speed dial if/when the old gal croaks on me sometime in the future!

Ecology Air Innovations did a absolutely wonderful job in installing my new HVAC system. More than that, they clearly explained and educated me on what I was getting. They are an honest company and don't cut corners on anything. Quality is first and foremost important to them. All the staff I dealt with on phone or in person were very professional. Pricing was more than fair. Already recommended them to all my friends and colleagues. Would happily do business with them again anytime!!!!!

They also helped with a follow-up question I had about my filter system. Very responsive!!!!!

Mark and Jake are both highly responsive and helpful. Mark went out of his way to track down a motor for our heater that needed replacement. He said he had never seen the type of furnace we had in his 15 years of experience, so the part was not going to be easy to find. He later discovered that our replacement part had gone through 5 different product line changes, but he faithfully followed the trail and kept it on hold with the distributor, waiting patiently while we battled with our home warranty company before we could give him the green light to come back and install it. Now we're toasty warm again and highly recommend these guys.

It's pretty unusual that I can literally RAVE about a HVAC company, but here we go: We had multiple bids for an unusual project in our home (an indoor pool dehumidifier!), and couldn't get a straight answer out of 3 previous estimates. With their first visit, the team of Jake and Mark made me feel comfortable that we'd work out the details, and come up with a good solution.
They did the research, came up with a plan, were SPOT-ON with the visits and time of arrival, brought a friendly, considerate crew, and did ALL the heavy lifting (incl. a crane!).
The final job is highly effective, neatly installed with creative fabrication and details that show true pride of workmanship (that's rare, these days!). The function is terrific, and ... the price was literally one-fourth the next nearest estimate - because they took the time to figure out what we'd REALLY need!

Our 27 year old furnace and blower motor was dead in our newly purchased home and I decided to get a few quotes for replacement. Ecology was very fast in setting me up with an appointment and Mark & Jake were very responsive and honest. I did not feel any high pressure sales tactics like I have from other companies and they were very honest with what they were offering and their opinions. I decided to go with them since they were local to us here in Elverta and offered us a great price compared to other companies and helped us with their financing options. The crew removed my old system in the attic and installed a new Trane system in less than 4 hours. We ran into a hiccup with the permit inspection due to not having an attic light and Mark made sure we would be taken care of and Jake was super awesome and came back and fixed our issue and we just passed. This local company backs up their work, are respectful, accountable and professional, and offer a great service at great price. Amazing service, honest and very quick! I had another company install my system a couple years ago, started having issues with the AC and requested they come out to which they only fixed a portion of the problem. After having continued issues, Ecology Air Innovations was recommended and I'm so glad I called! They came right out, showed me the problem and fixed it immediately. My air is working better than when it was first installed! I highly recommend!!

When we were shopping around for an HVAC system, not only did Ecology Air give us the best quote, but Mark spent 45 minutes on the phone with my husband BEFORE he had our business, happily explaining our options to him.

Nick and Jake did our installation for us. They showed up on time, got the job done in two days, and even gave us some valuable advice regarding some other projects we had going on. We've been using the AC for about two weeks, and it works and looks great (they paid particular attention to the aesthetics, which we appreciated). We'd do it the same way again -- give these guys your business, you won't regret it.

Ecology Air Innovations is amazing! My heater had gone out this past fall when the weather started to get very cold. I was referred by a family member that had used them to install their AC and heater. So I called and Mark came to my home on the same day! He gave me an estimate to replace my heater and AC since they both were over 30 years old! Mark actually ended up fixing my old heater so that we could have heat in our home and get by until we decided if we were going to purchase a new system, and also get estimates from other companies. And to my surprise, Mark did not want to charge me for fixing my heater! Who does that nowadays? He was not pushy or tried to convince me to go with his company. Mark at the time he fixed my heater, had no idea if I was going to end up having his team install my new heater and AC since I was still shopping around and getting quotes, and knowing that, he still did not charge me a penny for fixing my old heater! Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to help me. Don't waste your time shopping around getting quotes from other companies! Ecology Air Innovations quoted me very reasonable prices for high quality heaters and AC systems. The advantage of a small family company is that you will see them again if you ever need them to come back or if any of your family members need their heaters or AC units fixed! I clearly ended up having Mark and his team install my new heater and AC. I am extremely happy and pleased with what they delivered (thank you, Jake!). They are like family and will take care of you, no matter what! I also referred them to my brother and they installed a new heater and AC for them as well, and they are also very happy! And I also ended up referring Mark to my niece since her heater was not working during the cold winter days and she was desperate to get her heater working since she had newborn infant twins at home. Mark again came to the rescue, and ended up fixing my niece's heater at a reasonable price and did not try to sell her anything! She also was very happy that Mark was able to fix her heater! I had my AC unit installed by Mark and his amazing team back in 2018. To this day, they are always available to answer any questions I may have and are always professional. They understand customer service.

Mark from Ecology Air was a true blessing. He was able to install an entire new system within the same week that I called him. His pricing was more than fair and the team was very fast and impressively efficient. They waited in their work trucks for approximately 10 minutes until the scheduled time of 8:00 am as they approached the door.
They began unloading the trucks and worked as a team. Everyone was moving until the work was completed. At that time, the Foreman tested the system and asked if we were satisfied with the work. He shook my hand with a smile, and once again, they worked as a team cleaning the work area.
My wife and kids are VERY THANKFUL that our system works so well.

Mark and his team have worked on two different systems for my family. At our first house they helped us recover from another companies install and it was so nice to have everything working correctly and be able to put that stress behind us. When we moved to our new house an entire system needed to be replaced, ducting and everything, and his team came out and did a great job. They are super responsive to all my requests. I texted him directly the other day with a question about a system he'd installed a year before and he responded right away with exactly the information I needed.
