Excellent service. I called at 8am, service man arrived by 8:30. New controller and pressure switch plus wiring replaced and operational by 10am.

I woke up to no water anywhere on my property and not a sound coming from my well. In full panic, cause I have no clue, let's go to you tube. So, I as just going to change the full control box for the well. Can't find one anywhere sale. So I called Goodell Wells and Steve answered. I ran my story acrossed to him and he walked me through a few things. Long story short we are up and running again. Thank you again for your patience and helping to walk me through fixing my well.

We were having problems with a bunch of air sputtering from our fausets from the well. My husband gave them a call, from the gate they were super professional and very nice. Within an hour someone was at our house. We had very little knowledge about the well so he took time to explain exactly what all the parts did and how they work. He changed a valve for us and put on a gauge. Also informed us this would be a recurring fix due to calcium buildup. They were fast, efficient, really nice, and very reasonablly priced.

Called on Sunday with an emergency. An actual person answered and said they would send someone right out. And that actually happened! Sean, the repairman, knew exactly what to do. He also gave me excellent advice on well maintenance and energy saving. And, the price for the service call was less than I expected. 5 stars for this company.

I found out that the well went out on the house that we moved into this week as I walked in the door from work at 6 o’clock on a Friday night. Great, I don’t know anything about wells. The company that had just inspected my well and did service on it won’t answer. I found Steve on Google and gave them a call. Now about 6:30pm, he picks his phone right up and proceeds to walk me through over the phone how to take my entire electrical system apart, clean it and put it together, over the next hour and a half. I am absolutely blown away with how gracious he was to do this for me. It was not just good service, it was absolutely selfless. My water is now on… And my wife thinks I’m a hero LOL! Thank you so much, Steve!

Steve was very responsive on getting back to me and sending someone out to fix our water pump problem ASAP. Marshall was very professional and knowledgeable on the situation. This company was straight to the point and there were no gimmicks. Highly recommend!

Michael from Goodewell and Pump helped us understand how our pump system at our new place worked and how to keep it in good repair. He took only a few minutes to determine the problem (blocked nipple and fused pressure contacts) and had the replacement equipment to make the repair in his truck. For a next-day repair that probably saved our plumbing and well pump, the charge was very reasonable.
