Val and Nick came out and installed my new oven and removed the old. They did such a great job and very reasonably priced. So glad I found them!!!

I texted my issue. They got model number of unit to grab needed parts. Showed up within a day or so and fixed it in less than an hour. No attempt to upsell and price was exactly in range of my verbal/text quote. Very reasonable to rip apart my dryer and fix it.

I have been leery of appliance repair companies after being charged $297 to replace a $27 part which required 10 minutes to replace (because they have a two hour minimum labor charge of $130 per hour). I am very happy to say that West Line Premium is not that kind of company!!

I called them because the door on my Decor oven wasn't closing correctly. The technician that they sent out was prompt, professional and, most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable. (He even knew where to find the product identification label on the oven which is not at all obvious because it is hidden behind the vent panel on the front of the oven!!) He diagnosed the problem immediately and advised me that the hinges on the oven door needed to be replaced. He further advised me that the cost of the replacement parts was high because the Decor oven is a high end appliance.

In the end, we decided to replace the oven with a new one.

If we ever have need to call an appliance repair company in the future, we will most certainly call West Line Premium.

Val and Mark were very responsive. They were willing to come after hours to get the job done and because they said they would. Prices were reasonable. Most important, my washer works like new. I would call them again for future appliance repair needs!
