We recently remodelled our two upstair bathrooms. In the master bathroom we changed from bathtub to standing shower with tiles on the floor and walls. In the guest bathroom we replaced a new bathtub and installed tiles on the floor and walls and new bath screen doors and new vanity in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were remodelled by Olympia Construction. Ryan Ladowitz of Olympia Construction is very honest and dependable. He always keeps his promise in completing the job. Ryan is very considerable and reasonable in his charges compared to other companies. Olympia Construction is licensed and Ryan can be reached at 818-259-6939.

We looked online for a general contractor to remodel our bathrooms here in Los Angeles , i found Olympia construction online, we called them and another company to give to us an estimate, i choose Ryan and Olympia Constraction and I’m very happy.
we choose him because his price was fair but what helped us make our decision was his good answer for any question and he never pressured us to sign the contract. We are planing to remodel our kitchen next and for sure will call Ryan and Olympia Constraction.

With our new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryans shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should be addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience.

We remodelled our entire home in Sherman Oaks With Olympia Construction. Our project was to renovate completely our home and we were looking for a good general contractor with great experience and knowledge of all the building construction permits process of building projects. permitting from the city inspectors and we were glad that we found Olympia construction and Mr. Ryan Ladowitz to remodelled our house in less then 4 months, ours projects included 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, central AC windows, doors and compete paint of the interior and the exterior of the house, thank you Olympia Construction and thanks RYAN , Im very happy from your service and I will recommend you and your service to anyone that looking for great contractors.

Working with Ryan was an amazing experience. He is very knowledgeable, resourceful and man of word. My kitchen remodel was a huge and complex project, because of both volume of work and strict timeline. Ryan took the challenge and completed the entire remodel in 3 week. I hired Olympia Constraction to remodel my home bathrooms. They did a great job with helping us to choose great materials with a great design. They insisted to not start the remodel until we were done with all purchases for all the materials that needed, so they'll be able to work constantly every day, so that they'll be able to finish the project quickly. I am extremely pleased with the excellent quality complete 2 bathroom remodel done by Ryan & his team at Olympia Construction. I had had about 10 contractors come to my house for bids on the project. Ryan was the only contractor that noticed the squeaking floor in 1 bathroom that went unnoticed by me & other contractors. He told me "your floor needs to be fixed." I immediately liked that he had picked up on this detail that no one else had [even me the owner of the house]! His bid for my project was fair & reasonable, paperwork for the contract was very detailed and he was always honest with me, pleasant and approachable. A couple of the bids from other contractors I had had were as high for 1 bathroom as the one Ryan gave me for 2 bathrooms. My project was completed within 16 days with 2 to 3 workers per day and within the time frame that I wanted - before Thanksgiving. His workers were polite, approachable with questions, did excellent quality work with attention to detail, arrived on time and cleaned up well. Ryan & I were able to negotiate on extra work done outside the original project and communication was great - he was always available by phone or text. I definitely would highly recommend, without any reservations, Ryan and his team to others for their building and remodeling needs.
