Women that cleaned were fine. I only needed part of my house cleaned. When I asked about the crew coming back for future service the owner upped the price. I suggested she come by to see the place to determine the fair cost and she didn’t come by after agreeing to.She Changed the price over and over . Expect to get the run around from this business due to the owner.

Kind of unhappy. Very expensive and didn’t do what I asked. They ran out of time and left a mess for us to clean up. I didn’t want to pay another $112 for a 1/2 hour for two people. She spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen when I asked her to dust. The toaster oven and floor were left dirty. We were really looking forward to establishing a honest relationship but we’re disappointed. Now I have to clean up after the cleaning crew. Ugh

I used magic touch cleaning for over a year and the ladies who cleaned my home were sweet. When I would speak with the woman who runs it, she was always pleasant up until the last time- as they cheated us out money and didn't clean our house. What happened? I had my regular cleaning scheduled and I would leave to give them space to work and they knew where to find a hidden key. I came home to a house that hadn't been cleaned at all, but I had already paid as the woman billed me when I was out thinking it was cleaned as normal. I called and she said that it was bizarre and that the ladies (different than the usual women) had said they had arrived and I reiterated they had not as nothing was done. I totally understand mistakes are made and let it slide one hundred percent since I am not perfect person and rescheduled for the following week. Same thing happened, I left the key and went out to give them space to work. I had already paid so I didn't receive the invoice while I was out which seemed appropriate and came home as usual. The place hasn't been cleaned again, no service had been preformed in exchange for the money I already paid them! I contacted the lady with several calls and texts over a handful of days, even having my husband calling to see if they'd respond better to someone else and take us seriously. Finally after a week I texted a letter saying that if I didn't receive a refund of $180 then I would be forced to write reviews to warn others of what had happened. She responded with that she was sorry, she had been out if town. Suspicious. Offered to clean our house again and I said no, refund us. She said it would take 1-2 weeks for the refund. Suspicious. I wait patiently 20+ days for the refund and contact again with no response. Calls and texts were made, all respectful but firm on the fact that we are owed a refund. Nothing in response, no refund applied. I write another letter saying that if my refund is not given within two days I will be forced to share my experience online. And that is what is happening now. $180 is a lot of money to me. It is a luxury to get your house cleaned by someone else and this is something that was given as a gift by my in laws as I'm a busy mom with babies and they were generous to provide that. It isn't ok to do this to customers, at all, and to do it to one that has been so kind and understanding and loyal, is crappy. I know they had shared that times were tough and that they were increasing their prices but their starting prices are astronomical which is probably why they don't have enough business in the first place. Other companies are significantly less. I had bargained for the price I got and we came to an agreement between our desired prices as she said she needed the work and I needed the help cleaning. The usual ladies were lovely but didn't clean to the point where it was a great value, I honestly never saw a big difference as we have a clean household already but wanted them to clean the stuff that wasn't just obvious but the harder to get to areas and not everyday things. She also used to send 3 reliable people and then only started sending 2 people but I was paying the same for the same amount of time. So would I recommend the service without the fact that they cheated and ghosted us? Not really, you can probably get a better value with a different company. I had a mediocre experience before she cheated me, and now the owners are just cheaters. Bummer.
