My problem.was. I had no power to one outlet and no power to one of my rooms.The wiring going to the outlet was bad and needed replacing. This task was accomplished very quickly and professionally.

The tech was polite, and nice. He came in and removed the old fan. Replaced it with the new fan in record time. The fan wasn’t the one I chose from the options I was giving. But it’s fine , it will do.

Amazing honesty, integrity and expertise. I had an electrical issue that was very difficult to diagnose....called 27 West and Gerald diagnosed it over the phone within minutes after asking me a few questions....and then he came out the next day to confirm his diagnosis. He quickly confirmed it by measuring all of the circuit breaker lines and left without charging me $ because he said he barely spent any time helping me.....wow I'm not used to that level of customer service. I'll be a repeat customer for sure....

Jerald quickly figured out the cause of my electrical problem. He was pleasant, made me feel at ease and was extremely fair in his pricing. I will absolutely use him again, and recommend him to friends with full confidence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jerald spent hours measuring and calling to estimate materials onsite to prepare his quote for running electric to the back of my property. I agreed to the price, and paid him $2,600 of the agreed $3k up front. He came twice with a helper and has FAILED to run any wires. It's been weeks of excuses, agreed to times and no-shows, and then NOW he's telling me he made a mistake and needs $1k MORE for his mistake!!! I am out thousands and have nothing to show for it! Just a spool of wire in my driveway. STAY AWAY from this "electrician"-unless you just want to be taken advantage of...and I say this as a single-mother of 3 that's working hard and expect others I pay for professional services to simply operate in integrity and do what they proposed to do. Super disgusted.
