I recently received outstanding customer service from both Jon and Ivan regarding my Generac 24KW generator. They arranged to come out in a timely fashion to first diagnose what was entailed in getting it to function properly, then came back shortly thereafter to complete the necessary work. They were easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable, and even coordinated the solution with my existing solar company who needed to be involved. I'm very pleased with their work and pricing, so I decided to have them monitor and maintain the equipment on an ongoing basis. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking exemplary customer service and skilled workmanship. Thank you guys! -A+++

So glad we had the chance to work with this company. Everyone was easy to work with and made themselves available to us at every point through the entire project. Communication is so important to me and it was never an issue with ANYONE at this company! It is evident they run a tight ship and have great people on their teams. Their crews were just great! Particularly enjoyed working with Mike!! And, David!! The owner was really accommodating to us, too! We would work with them again and would recommend them freely! I only give out 5 star reviews. If I can't give a company my 5-star approval I don't bother to review so these guys really impressed me!

Skelly recently installed a Generac natural gas generator for our home. From beginning to end; from quote through the timing of starting the job to completion, everything was performed flawlessly. The crew who did the work were very professional and incredibly nice. I can't say enough good things about them and about Skelly including their office staff and would highly recommend Skelly for any job.

We wanted a whole house backup generator installed and everything started off well. They came out and provided a quote. We were thinking about buying the generator on our own and just having it put in. The quote was for them to provide one. When we asked for another quote allowing for this possibility, they ghosted us instead of just saying that they only do projects where they supply the generator. I'm sure they do fine work but we didn't appreciate being ignored. They could have given us the courtesy of letting us know instead of leaving us hanging.
