Depends on a fast pace superintendent. I agree tsgc has a few, advice do not micromanage them, they lose respect from subs by going over them to complain on schedule. PM need work, contracts and submittals should be completed by day one. You can't be pouring a slab at 2 am when no concrete submittals have been approved.
