Accountable, no problem for the algae this year, family loves the clean pool, Phil helps us with whatever we need. Honest guy, good family man, I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately my pool contractor had Phil come out to do the start up of our pool and he clearly has no idea what he’s doing. Even worse, he is cocky and rude. He refused to brush the pool which is a must according to the pool plaster manufacturer. Hardly vacuumed and only because we asked several times. Contractor probably found the cheapest guy they could. I got fed up with the pool turning green in a matter of a day or two after he “ treated” it. I did some research, bought supplies to do the testing and ever since ( more than a year after) have never had a green pool again. Upon testing, I found that he never put in stabilizer which explained why the chlorine levels were getting low so fast leading to a cloudy green pool. He also never bothered to put in any calcium or acid which Pebbletec gives clear instructions for set up values to keep to. Wouldn’t allow this guy to run my pool if he paid me.
