Cleaning Crew Go impressed me by going the extra mile by traveling to our location and providing us with an in-person consultation. The staff is very professional and will provide prompt communication.

I called three companies to give me an estimate on what biweekly cleaning of my home would cost. Two companies were a no-show and no-call. Although Miguel's navigation took him on the most indirect path imaginable and led him to a location nowhere near my house, he persisted and arrived to give me the estimate. I explained that I wanted specific tasks done that weren't in a standard cleaning and without complaint he gave me a reasonable price that included those items.

On the first trip the house was cleaned top to bottom and after that a regular routine was begun to keep my house beautifully clean. Since I've been told that my house is clean enough to perform surgery in, I bet you can guess just how clean that is.

Cleaning Crew Go is a very professional company with excellent customer service.

Coastline Cleaners deserves only the best review. After using several cleaners and being disappointed time after time we were lucky to find Miguel and his team. He is always quick to respond and easy to schedule with. We had last minute guests come into town and he was so accommodating. He had a full schedule but rather than tell us he was too busy he came and cleaned at 5:30 in the morning! Miguel is a really hard worker; he and his team are professional, reliable, and trustworthy. They have cleaned our house several times now, and our expectations are always exceeded. We trust them so much that they a key to clean when we are not home.

Miguel Has been taking care of our offices janitorial services since mid 2016 with his monthly service plan. He is very punctual, professional, and offer a competitive price. The idea of using an other janitorial service has never crossed our mind. I have complete trust in Miguel as he works around high valuable inventory. He also does little extras and seems to exceed my expectations, I really appreciate that. I would Highly recommend him and his services to any one in need.

AMAZING!!! Coastline Pro Cleaners is by far the best cleaning service we've ever hired. They professional, timely and very detailed-oriented. The team did an excellent job of cleaning our wood floors even though we have two cats and a dog. All the furniture was wiped down as well. We are beyond satisfied with their services.

Awesome cleaning crew! My husband and I do remodels and flips for a living. They came in after a major remodel and made the house look amazing again! I just hired the Cleaning Crew Go after not being happy with my last service and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier with them. Every item on the work sheet was exceptionally cleaned. Best service I have had in the past 12 years. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

The lack of communication and unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I emailed to request a quote and never received a response so I followed up with Miguel via phone. He had to reschedule our first meeting--only after I texted him when he didn't show up for our scheduled meeting (this should have been the first red flag). So we rescheduled, no prob. After he came out to quote us, he never provided a quote because he wanted to test chemicals on our floors to see which was best. We scheduled a time to meet and again, he failed to show up without communicating that he was not coming. I texted him a few hours after our scheduled time to meet and informed him that this was unprofessional and we would not be using his services. His response "I wasn't interested anyway". Rather than just communicate that he didn't want to or couldn't do the job, he just blatantly ignored our appointment. I informed him that I would be communicating his unprofessionalism to the many other small business owners I know in the area and that I would be leaving a review with my experience. His response "Don't leave a bad review please". From one small business owner to another, treat your customers or potential customers better than this.
