I walked up to the counter with an old water regulator. Scott was exceptionally helpful in locating a direct fit in CA and providing me with valuable info about them. I felt like I had time-traveled back to the 90s when people were still human.

Why would you go to home depot when Reece exists? We needed a pressure regulator and we experienced the best customer service ever. Above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable service with a wonderful attitude. We were in and out with the part we needed. We will only come here for any future plumbing needs.
