This 5 star review is way overdue on my part, as I had Chim Chimney come to my rescue back in March...sorry for the delay!! Jerry came all the way to Lodi from Sacto to inspect my chimney and do the dryer vent cleaning, which I really appreciated (especially in this day and age with gas prices being so outrageous). This is an every other year requirement (by my HOA) to get this service done, and I was getting extremely close to my deadline...so I was very relieved that he was able to make an appointment with me so quickly. He was even willing to assist/answer random questions that I had about my clothes dryer that seemed to be sitting in an odd position (I had been worried that the dryer vent hose was too bunched up/twisted between the wall and the dryer). Really hoping to get it arranged that my homeowners association will have Chim Chimney as their "recommended vendor" on their next inspection go around in March of 2025....as Jerry knows what the heck he is doing, and does not charge an arm and a leg. Thanks again!

Jerry kept me up to date with his arrival time as it neared. Dressed professionally and immediately took care of the work, done well and quickly. Cleared up some confusion on pricing for fireplace cleaning and dryer vent. Did not charge us extra for dryer as the work was not really needed. Honorable, trustworthy and i look forward to working with Chim Chimmey in the future.

Jerry is the man! He he cleaned my wood burning stove and the two story flue in 40 minutes! The other guys wanted $800 because of the height of the flue and because I live all the way up in Pollock Pines. But Jerry did it for $500 and he kept my home clean. Thank you Jerry! I'll be calling you again next year.
