They helped me out ASAP after having to shutoff my power for 5 days. They scheduled me the same day I had to recall my home Warranty for the 3rd time Carnes electric would just forward my calls Turner electric wasn't going to be able to help me till a whole week later I am pregnant and have a baby So I highly appreciate woo brothers for their help and their professional service.

Got an appointment with this company through first American warranty. After waiting one week for our appointment the day of they sent a text message saying they canceled our appointment and would get back to us in a few days. When you call the office no one answers This place is a complete joke!!

I contracted John Brothers because we had a problem with ground fault plugs with no power in our home. He came out on a Saturday and looked at the problem and spent an hour looking for the GFI that controlled the plugs. He was unable to determine the location of the GFI and said he needed to come back with another electrician to figure it out on Monday. They showed up on time and spent another hour looking throughout the house to no avail. They charged me $330 for this. At wits end we called the company who built the homes and they sent someone out Tuesday morning and within 5 minutes had located the GFI (on the wall in the laundry room) and fixed the problem. I spoke with John on the phone Tuesday morning and he said he'd be glad to give me a discount on any subsequent electrical work. No offer of a refund ... or any kind of adjustment. Unbelievable. If you have a problem ... and you want it fixed ... don't call these guys.

My circuit breaker was getting hot and was keep tripping. So I called my insurance company(H210) and they assigned the work to this cheater company Woo Brothers.

A guy came from this company, he maintained 6 feet distance from circuit board, visually inspected and told me that I should not use Microwave when I am using other lights in home. In short he was thinking he is more expert than Elliot homes who designed and built the home. lolll.

In report he mentioned that switch is all good(from his visual inspection from 6 feet away from circuit board), home owner want to replace it. He just stole as usual $75 from my pocket.

So I called another company, they came and checked circuit breaker and found that due to aging the metal contacts were widen. Due to that it was not holding ON position. He replaced the breaker switch and everything is back to normal.

When I asked the electrical I called, that Woo brother suggested to not use Lights when I am using Microwave is that right? He was literally LOL....

@Woo Brothers, if you don't know electric work please learn it from online course or some place but don't cheat and stole others money. I know that insurance companies need low quality companies like you to save their money but please be little bit human.
