went above and beyond call of duty to get us out of a jam with a blown main breaker. very responsive and quick to adapt to an evolving situation.

Nick showed up promptly when I had an emergency and also came through with the repairs I needed to avoid future emergencies... his team was polite and respectful and they did the job as promised so I can't give them anything less than perfect for their professionalism

This is a long overdue review for Nick, the owner of H and H Electric. I am a Realtor and I have been using Nick for over 10 years to do inspections and repairs, both minor and major. In the beginning we had to run his bids thru asset managers for foreclosure properties we managed, and they never hesitated on the cost. He has always showed up on time and worked very well with all our clients. Personally, I would never question his knowledge and expertise. He and his employees really know what they are doing. He will always take the time to explain an issue in layman terms, so our clients understand the problem. Because of the nature of our business we have dealt with so many service personal over the years and frankly if they are not serving our clients well, I move on. When it comes to Nick, I can honestly say and would stake my reputation on this, he is always honest and never tries to do a repair or upgrade that is not necessary and knows what he is doing. Great honest, reasonably priced service personal are hard to come by today. You will not be disappointed if you hire Nick of H and H Electric out for any of your electric needs.

Nick is flaky, sets appointments and does not follow through. Lack of integrity and lack of professionalism. Don’t recommend at all

This guy is so unprofessional!! Be cautious of him, and his price gouging. I would seek a more corporate electric company. This covid freelancer is not who you want.

Don't trust these shysters with your business! H&H Electric was contracted for a job requiring a residential underground electric service. The pit was excavated and left open for weeks while they coordinated (or failed to) the necessary sub contractors. Following installation of the new in-ground service box, they ran out of back-fill soil so buried a sheet of plywood to hold the box in place as a temporary fix, promising to have a landscape company finish the job. With 80% of the bill paid, they never came back and left an open pit with no safety covering and plywood sticking out of the ground. They never replaced the sod as promised and after numerous phone calls, refused to return messages. After several months, we brought in a truck load of back-fill to finish the job and repaired the damaged sprinkler lines and mess they left behind at our own expense. It is noteworthy that the victim customers are elderly and disabled, paying others to care for their needs. H&H electric is NOT to be trusted.

I can hardly believe how poor Nick is at customer service. He came out to look at a very simple job and then said he would send me a quote to my email. After waiting days, I called him. He said that he sent the email and that he would resend it. Again, I waited several days. I called again and he said he would call me back. AGAIN, I waited several more days. I called him again at which point he said "we're not interested" and then hung up on me. He may be competent as an electrician - but he is dishonest and unbelievably rude! Beware of this guy.

Two months ago I asked Nick to come to my house to deal with a possible circuit breaker problem. He asked me to send him a photo of it and he would call me back as he stated "I am too busy, I can't talk right now." I am still waiting for his call back. Previously, he had done extensive work at my house and was satisfied with the exception of his changing the price at the time I had to pay him. Unfortunately, he had given me a verbal quote.

Nick came into my work to pick up some prints we made for him and decided to call me a bunch of names because he was a little bit confused about his order but didn’t like that a queer individual (i am trans) was helping him. Such a big man lol
