We had our HVAC system replaced on April 21-22nd, 2025. Steven, Jacob and Daniel were very professional, courteous and did a great job. Our system was 31 years old, we are very pleased with the service provider by Theresa (Mgr. ) Dave the owner and the technicians for Absolute Comfort Heating and Air.

I am not only impressed with the work they did on my air conditioner but their staff Teresa is clear, thorough and ensures follow up with their customers.

This company goes above and beyond. They have helped us on the weekends and after hours and any emergencies and I professional, timely and courteous way. We highly recommend them and we use no other vendors.

We have had a great experience with absolute comfort and air so far! They replaced our large AC unit last year and were terrific to work with. The office responds quickly and They gave us a great price and installed it within a week. We recently had some issues with the unit just a year later and Jacob came to our house on a holiday and was able to quickly fix the problem for us and we really appreciated that! This is a wonderful company and we Are absolutely so happy with him. Shout out to their office member, Theresa!

Absolute Heating and Air sent Jim out to help me with my air conditioning unit. He was punctual and professional and completed the repair timely. My experience with their staff was very pleasant too. Theresa made it easy to schedule and was very friendly. I will use the again when the time comes.

We worked with Absolute Comfort Heating & Air to replace our HVAC and water heaters with all electric heat pump units and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their technicians were very professional on top of being on point in dealing with an unusual install and even troubleshooting and repairing damaged duct work that the previous homeowners and home inspections missed. Their prices lean towards premium, but it's worth it for the quality of equipment and the level of service that you get which included handling permits and SMUD rebates. Our home is way more comfortable now, highly recommended!

Steven Stanesic is a superior technician. He’s extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful. The one time I did not get Steven as my technician, everything got screwed up and Steven came out to fix everything to make things work properly and save the day. The owner, David Rankin, is a down to earth guy and very reasonable. Since 2016, I’ve used Absolute Comfort Heating and Air. They have always come out fast and have always been very fair and reasonable. I wouldn’t call any other company.

I was extremely happy with the service replacing my AC. Deven, Steven and Jacob were all awesome. Very professional and respectful. They did an amazing job and also did extra that I didn't expect. Absolute Comfort is the best choice for air conditioning and heating unit installation. Their technicians, Jacob, Daniel, and Steven, were very professional, kind, and careful. They were also extremely punctual and went above and beyond my expectations. I am very grateful for their excellent service.

My friends and I have extensive experience with Dave and Steven and Jacob and the rest of the crew at Absolute Comfort for everything from maintenance, to emergencies, to installs. They are professional, pleasant, efficient, reasonably priced, and most importantly, stand by their work. There is literally no reason to go to anyone else!

Our awesome landlord had Theresa (who's also awesome!) schedule our Spring maintenence! The techs came out, changed the filter, checked out the unit and saw repairs were needed. They also had someone check out the ducts to make sure those were good too! Arranged with our landlord to have a replacemnt done. After locking down the new unit on the roof, one of the techs came inside to replace the thermostat and showed me how it works so I know what buttons I'm pressing! Also he gave me a manual to save and so far, that air has been so clutch with the warm weather starting up! Big shout out to Daniel, Jacob, JW as well as Absolute Comfort Heating and Air for honest and reliable service everytime! 10 out of 10, would recommend! 🙌🏾

I hired Absolute Comfort Heating & Air to install a second zone for my house. They were highly recommended by a friend. I'm so glad I went with them! They were professional and clean. Another thing I really appreciated is that they were respectful of the fact that my wife and I work from home so they kept the noise level to a minimum. Absolutely no regrets!

Steven once again did an outstanding job! Our A/C went out at 7pm on a Friday night. I called Absolute first thing Saturday morning and Steve was at my house in less than an hour. An old fan motor had died and he had a replacement in his truck. The temperature was 100 degrees that day and we had 32 people coming to our house fir a birthday party. Suffice it to say that Steven was our super hero.

I called Absolute Comfort a few weeks ago for a deep clean on my mini split. They did a great job. Then a week later, our regular HVAC system went out - heater wouldn't work. So I called them again, and Steven came out the same day. Found that a rodent had chewed up some hoses; he fixed it, patched the holes, and all was good. Very fast, very reasonable, highly recommend.

They worked with my management and got right on them to help fix everything fast and the wonderful lady in the office is the best . They new how important it was to get the heat working and found a way to squeeze us in .I will be forever thankful and always keep them in my phone to call again .
