Redwood Creek Construction has done so much for us on the house it is hard to know where to start.
I have a gorgeous outdoor patio and kitchen.
New windows.
Grab bars in bath
New heated tile floor
A store room turned into a bath . Gorgeous!
A walk through closet office combo
A sheet rocked garage with a roof and attic storage
New dishwasher and range oven combo
Fencing
And I could go on.
Can recommend highly!

General contractors are not described as brilliant or artists. But I got lucky. I hired Kip Wanaselja's company Redwood Creek Construction to repair my damaged home. I discovered quickly that everything he did had in it a beauty, subtle and lasting. On a redone deck the eye knew an artist did this and that railing. A plain fence became a gallery of the redwood trunks behind. I let him loose. I needed a concrete curb in my backyard. What he gave me is a flow creating in it a magic space I can't stop staring at. If you hire Kip, you are lucky. He is in a league of his own.

We couldn't be happier with the work from Redwood Creek Construction. Kip and Melissa are a pleasure to work with. The entire crew on the project was friendly, professional, and helpful in thinking through ideas throughout the journey. They left our site clean and tidy every day after working. It's great to have people who collectively generate a great vibe while spending so much time at our home.

Kip and the crew of friendly and professional folks from Redwood Creek Construction did an awesome job on our project which included siding repair and building a new deck. They were communicative, timely, and fairly priced, while using quality materials and craftsmanship. We would absolutely recommend them and work with them again in the future.

We needed a new window set in our bedroom and 2+ other window installers either didn't have the options we liked, or were not able to do projects outside of their "template".

Kip came over and we collaborated about how he could incorporate the design elements and window types we wanted. Good email communication and quick work!

We hired Redwood Creek Construction after seeing them work on a house on our street. They had great reviews so we had Kip come out to give advice and estimate on converting old workshop structure into usable space. Work has been completed and the transformation is incredible. The team at Redwood Creek Construction did an amazing job on my roof repair and new pergola. They are highly skilled, very conscientious and reasonably priced. Kip and his crew gave a fair estimate (similar to the three others we received) but most important they did excellent work and were done in a timely manner. Kip and his team repaired my deck. The entire experience was excellent — they were fast, easy to communicate with, and incredibly detail-oriented. They did an outstanding job building a new section of the railing that perfectly matches the existing structure. I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend Redwood Creek Construction!

They moved the doorway from the bedroom to the kitchen, updated all the plumbing and electrical, and helped us pick finishes that blended my vision with the cabin’s original charm.

Everything went smoothly—from the first estimate all the way to the final walkthrough.
