First class gentleman and owner. Diagnosed the problem and fixed our broken AC unit on the hottest day of the summer in 30 minutes. You will never find better service than SWHAC! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

SouthWest Heating and Air literally saved us from a potential tragedy! We called for help with a water leak coming from the HVAC in the house we had just purchased. Michael arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also took pictures of the inside of the unit so we could see that it had a thick build up of dust and dirt even around the heater igniter! Michael cleaned off all the hazardous dirt and grime and made sure everything was working properly. We were very impressed with the service and the reasonable price. So much so, that we are having SouthWest back to do the preventative AC maintenance in the spring.

Mike, the owner, is great - he's super friendly and provided great communication throughout the process. I was impressed on how responsive he is and how quickly he fixed my heater.

Mike and his team recently installed a new Aircon and Heating system in my home. His team was very professional, courteous and always on time. The job was finished on time and within the quoted estimate. The system is running great! Mike also, handled scheduling of the necessary inspection and City required permit. I have used SouthWest for other AIRCON and Heating needs on my old units in the past and have always been very satisfied with the work Mike has done. Huge thank you to Mike and his team for fixing my furnace he couldn't come out right away and take a look at it due to his appointment schedule but he went out of his way and coached me over the phone to try and troubleshoot it we got it working and he came out the next day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price highly recommend Mike Southwest Heating and Air conditioning. Mike the owner came by this weekend and installed my New Nest Pro thermostat! He put it together quickly and took some time helping me get everything set up. He was professional, very personable and made even a thermostat install awesome. Over all great experience working with Mike. Now I can adjust all things temp for my home right from my phone, and that’s pretty cool.

Called Mike late Wednesday and he was able to schedule my appointment for the following day, no emergency involved. Mike and his associate arrived on time, both wearing face masks as is necessary during this time of health crisis. It seems through our phone conversation that he had an idea of what the problem was with my HVAC unit and upon examination he was correct. He fixed the problem and preformed a cleaning service on the unit. Prices were very reasonable and appreciated. Mike was very prompt, professional and friendly...and to top it off his prices were easy to digest. Wouldn't recommend to anyone they will not respond to you when there's an issue related to a brand new installation. No returned phone calls either.
