GREAT JOB! For context, my property is in rural Placerville and Mountain was here on behalf of PG&E. I would welcome these guys back again! The General Foreman, Erasmo V. was highly communicative and responsive. If you get Erasmo V. or his assistant Roberto G. on your property you'll be happy. They do what they say! The property looked better then when they arrived. Great representation for Mountain F. Enterprises.

We have been very pleased with Mountain Enterprises. From the first time we met them when they were surveying our property to yesterday when they finished cutting, stacking, chipping, and even putting hay down on the ground where they had disturbed it with their big equipment, they were very professional. I even brought to their attention an area they had missed and before the day was out they had addressed it and cleaned it up. I can highly recommend them and they are a breath of fresh air compared to the other contractors we have had sent to us by PG&E.

The mountain Enterprise crew kept me informed of when they would be doing log removal on my property. The work was complete and remained clean of debris. The crew were very polite. Thank you Mt. Enterprise..

For quite some time we have had fallen tree logs that were cut to provide clearance for power lines. They were drying out and moving towards the road plus blocking rain drainage. I finally contacted Mountain Enterprise and today (11/15/23) their crew came out and had the job done by noon...Jose Zambrano and his crew were amazing! The were very respectful to me and with setting up their elaborate equipment to remove all the logs from the hillside. I can't say enough positive about the crew which reflects well on their company. I am so relived the logs are gone so we don't have to worry about fire, drainage blockage, or them rolling onto the road.

This company was great to work with! They were contracted by PG&E to come remove some trees that were getting close to power lines on my property. First contact was from an supervisor named Daniel, he came out and looked over everything and brought me out to go over what the plan was. Everything sounded great. As discussed with Daniel, 2 days later 3 trucks showed up and a few hours later they were all done! I came out once complete because I assumed the worse and everything looked great! They cleaned up everything and even blew off my driveway! Super impressed!
I was so happy, I have them coming back next week to give me an estimate to do some other tree work on my property non PG&E related!
I would highly recommend this company!

After a few pretty bad experiences from PGE’s go-to tree removal company, including damage to our driveway and a shed, response was followed by a lack of acknowledgement from PGE and Wood Management regarding the poor performance and property damage. I did send an email with multiple pics and video to Wood Management as directed. After many promises by Wood Management that the felled trees would be removed promptly (one narrowed a needed path from our driveway), multiple calls and 4 months later I finally got a call from Daniel Smiley, Project Manager for Mtn Enterprises who did come out immediately to review the job with his General Foreman, Gunnar Mosness. That was pleasant surprise #1. They planned to have a team out the NEXT DAY to remove all wood. Sounded great but I wasn’t counting on it. Pleasant surprise #2- They showed up 30 minutes early. I was greeted by Gunnar and team leader, Liam. I must add that Liam appeared quite young but possesses maturity and professionalism beyond his years. They explained their plan then executed promptly. I was concerned about our travel trailer being so close to the huge tree, but they guaranteed it would be safe as they planned to move every log/section by hand and move them the 100+ feet to the street. Upon completion of their work, Liam had me review the work, which was impeccable. That was very Pleasant Surprise #4. Liam then pointed out a gift- after finishing work, he then created a chair for us from one of the logs! Incredible! Check out the pic. We will enjoy very Pleasant Surprise #5 for many years, thank you, Liam!

Extremely racist attitude and unqualified to follow simple instructions.

This company is horrible I'd never recommend using them they did some work up on the mountain by my home one of there trucks busted the windshield in my Mercedes the driver played dumb went to speak to his boss and I was treated with nothing but disrespect until I had chp come to get there insurance info then the company still refused to fix what they had damaged

Trespassed on my property, cut a bunch of trees and then left all the debris in my yard. No surprise to all these horrible reviews. No one will answer the phone

No one ever claims to know who is in charge and truly, not sure anyone is. Cut the wrong tree, topped a precious 100 year+ old tree, gone in 15 minutes. should be sued! minus stars really

If I could give them a minus score I would. They were contracted by PGE to trim some trees on our property. They showed up unannounced, did a terrible hack job on the trees and left all sorts of debris. I would NEVER hire them.

Lots of reports of theft from this company. Lock your tools up! 5 Years of trimming trees in the same area and still have trees hitting power lines. Get out of here

They just did work on Cold Springs Road and dumped all the large branches up on and against my fence and left them. This is what they do at a senior community. Maybe they will come back but I don't see any other piles like the one on and up against my fence / property. Why would they try to create a fire hazard in a senior community?

These people are incredibly unprofessional. They were hired by Pg&E to clear trees from the power lines. They never gave us a heads up and let themselves in through our gated property. I have no trespassing signs posted at the entrance to which they completely disregarded. A curtesy call would have gone a long way. If it happens again I’m going to have them arrested for trespassing.

Truck number F11-825 just removed a tree from across the street and proceeded to blow all the twigs and leaves onto our side of the street and yard. We had to yell at them to stop. Then the guy told us he’d rake it, which he did for 5 seconds until he thought we weren’t looking and then they took off. We even heard him talk about how we had some pine needles on our porch anyway so it was no big deal to leave a big mess in our yard and where we park our car. So incredibly unprofessional and lazy.

Absolutely lazy, incompetent contractors. The worker taking down oak trees in our neighbor's yard didn't even bother using a pulley system for heavy stuff. Large logs were dropped on my granite wall, breaking off several big rocks. Clean up in my driveway consisted of blowing debris to the side and into shrubbery.
