These guys have been cleaning my rugs for over 10 years and they've always delivered quality work. Having two dogs, I recommend getting the pet odor/stain removal. The new location works out much better for me, and for those looking to buy rugs - they just added it to their repertoire. Tell them Eddie sent you!

Ive been using refined for years now and they never disappoint. Started with area rugs, used them for wall to wall carpeting in the kids bedrooms and most recently did the flooring in our garage. We brought them three really worn and dirty antique rugs to have cleaned and repaired. They were really informative about one rug that actually turned out to be very valuable. They were able to consolidate and repair it making it nearly new. One of the other's was 24'by 19' and was always hard to find someone willing to clean it. They did a great job as it had really bad dog smell which now we can no longer smell. I would recommend them to handle any oriental rug that you have.

Sean and Eric are real professionals who take the time to help customers make a quality choice that not only fits their decor, buts fits the budget. These guys are so customer service centric! I had them clean my two favorite carpets - 2 years apart. They still provided the same great knowledgeable service. They taught me more about taking care of my needlepoint Aubusson carpet than I could have possibly imagined. Thanks Guys! You are the best at what you do! I had plans to carpet my place on a strict timeline, knowing it would be a challenge and a bit unfair to ask a company of (...so I was concerned to say the least). But Refined Carpet came in and saved the day. Made the project happen at a good price and a day earlier than my deadline date. I can’t say enough great things. I highly recommend Refined Carpet/Rugs. They offered various alternatives at different price points to find the perfect solution to fit my needs. Eric and Chad were very flexible and patient as I had to deal with insurance, my association, and coordinate with my tenants. Chad also sent someone for a follow up inspection after the job was completed to ensure my tenant’s questions/concerns were addressed. Great job guys!

I needed a new rug for our dining room - something that would add life to the room.  So I went back to our favorite rug store. Sean found just the perfect rug, and she even had a great name:  Alice!

They only did a small carpet repair job on my stairs (reinstalled a relatively small piece that I had to remove due to a water intrusion issue), but the estimate was very reasonable and they did a great job. They even threw in the padding for free which was high quality. The only bad part is it makes the rest of my carpets feel like crap by comparison. Ha.

I have used Refined Carpet/Rugs on several occasions to purchase rugs and clean rugs. Every time I have found their staff to respond professionally in a timely manner. Further more I have been satisfied with their products and every time. I will continue to be a customer of Refined Carpet/Rugs in the future because they are a quality business.

Sean and his team are the best in the biz, hands down! Their expertise and honest suggestions on products were very helpful and provided real world examples of what we should expect (with 3 kids under 12 and two 100lb rotties). Sean was very transparent with their pricing and remained very competitive. Most importantly, their installers were extremely careful and communicated every detail (almost too much - if there is such a thing). But with any project like this there are going to be a couple blemishes on the baseboards/corners. They were quick to point them out, asked for touch up paint and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Can't say enough about these guys - except, THANK YOU!

I am primarily writing this review because flowing a recent purchase I made, I happened to read the reviews posted here. Most reviews are a 5. However, there are a few 1's from unverified customers. This is a first class outfit, and there is no way that ANY of those 1 star reviews were correct. If anyone has delt with this company, they would know that they bend over backwards to satisfy your needs. They are polite, have excellent product, very fair pricing and back up their work. I recently returned to place another order and again I am receiving first class service. In my humble opinion, these 1 ratings are from less than scrupulous competitors.

They are knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I had over 6,000 square feet to buy for so I needed to make sure that I nailed it from day one and man they nailed it!!!
