BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I Purchased a Groupon voucher to get my windows cleaned through this company. I scheduled a time to have them come out and clean my windows. No one showed up or called. I called several times to follow up and find out why they never showed up but never got a call back. I accidentally hit the redeem button on Groupon so they received the money for the service… That’s probably why they didn’t care to schedule my service. I finally got ahold of Gavin and another guy named John or Jeff. They both said they would get back to me and completely blew me off. I told them that I would pay extra to have them clean screens and extra windows and that I would also be interested in having them come out quarterly to clean my windows.
I don’t like to give bad reviews but this company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They took my money and didn’t even care to make things right.
