I truly enjoyed working with this company. The techs are very professional and hard working. We are so happy with our system, It is hard to believe we waited so long!

We ended up installing the Mitsubishi zoned system which is great because we are able to be specific on areas we want to cool. Lastly, we’ve been using the system everyday since we installed it and I’m pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it is to run.

I would highly recommend using this company for both quality and value!

I've owned Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system - installed by Command Comfort - for the past 5 years. We absolutely love the system. The sales associate (Jaime), the installation manager (Jack), and everyone I've interfaced with in the past have been very courteous and knowledgeable. Rick just stopped by for our annual maintenance. Everything everything to us clearly. Showed us options for future service. Great company. Great people.

Had regular maintenance service on my 4 home mini-splits. Service technician was friendly, explained everything he was doing, made sure I understood how to operate the system optimally, and finished in a very timely manner. Command Comfort has a great product, program and staff. Highly recommended!!!

Command Comfort did an excellent job installing our ductless mini-split system. They were on time, professional, clean and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the whole system. They recommended the best system for us, which our research proved was true. Jamie was a super knowledgeable, not high pressure salesman. Jack, Paul and John were highly competent, efficient installers. We couldn't be happier.

We had a new central AC system installed using Command Comfort and could not be happier. Chris and his entire team were super professional, communicative, and courteous.

Andrew, Jack and Naz were our installers and they did an excellent job. They were able to get the entire system installed in one day and left our house looking cleaner than when they showed up! I would 100% recommend Command Comfort for any HVAC needs.

Rami from Command Comfort was outstanding! Calling before arrival, and arrived early. The required work was examination and cleaning of a 6 minisplit and 3 exterior condenser system.

Meticulous and careful Rami worked methodically through the home and identified units needing deep cleaning and explaining all costs and requirements.

Without hesitation I can highly recommend Command Comfort for design and install. But most importantly having highly trained staff who continue high quality service and maintenance of the system you have invested in.

We had waited over 20 years to add a heating and AC system to our home. We interviewed 3 different installers and Command Comfort was not the least expensive but they were the most professional. From the office staff to the Sales staff to the installers, they were all very consistent with the Mitsubishi product and the installation process. Every employee was polite and communicated consistently through the entire process, they are a great team. The whole project to install 4 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit took two days to complete and everything looks plus operates perfect. They were respectful of our home, constantly maintaining a clean and organized project. After everything was completed they went over the function and key points on the system plus all the warranty information. The only evidence of them ever being at our home is the warm rooms. We want to personally thank Jamie, Paul, Jack, Jon and the rest of the office staff.

Justin arrived right on time, did a thorough inspection, cleaned inside & outside units. Suggested surge protector & deep cleaning in near future. He was very pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. I’m 110% satisfied with his service & give him a 2 thumbs up. Command Comfort is an exceptional company & I recommend them highly.

I just had Command Comfort install a 3-unit ductless system in my house, and my experience with the installation itself was great (too soon to comment fully on the system itself, but I'm two days in, and thus far I'm loving the cool air!). Command Comfort came recommended by three separate close friends, so I had high expectations going in. Jamie Brennan was absolutely wonderful: he explained things clearly, he was professional and pleasant, there were no scheduling problems, and everything happened the way it was explained to me. Jack, Jessie and Andrew, the actual installers, were equally professional and pleasant. They also explained clearly what they were doing, what I could expect in terms of maintenance, etc. Plus, they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards, which I really appreciated. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience with Command Comfort.

The consummate professionals, Rick and Justin, did a complete and thorough job inspecting our AC units in preparation for the summer ahead. Their new maintenance program ensures our investment is always protected and providing us with what we intended to achieve with the system.

Rick, our technician for our A/C Maintenance, was thorough in his inspection. He made recommendations that would keep our A/C units functioning properly. He was also very thoughtful in asking permission to use certain cleaning chemicals, etc before proceeding. We were really impressed.

We were so happy with our previous installation of the Mitsubishi heat/AC units that we had Command Comfort install units in the remaining three rooms of our house. Like before, we found the team (Jamie, Jack, Rick, Andrew, and Jesse) to be professional and highly skilled. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Well, just had our annual inspection with Rick! Not only do we appreciate the thoroughness of his inspection and attention to detail but he also shares tips to keep our system in top shape!

I highly recommend Command Comfort for all of your AC and heating needs. The owner Chris was extremely patient when the timeliness of our install was pushed out due to a massive mistake by our renovation contractor. We finally were installed last week and it was just as I had hoped. Michael in the office was super helpful getting us on the schedule and Jamie or sales rep was always checking in with us. The units look and are working fantastic. Christian was very friendly and made sure everything was to our liking before he left. Thanks for a great install experience. Your company will always be our go to referral.

The instillation went like clockwork. The crew removed the old unit very quickly and carefully and took great care not to scrap or scar the wood floor or any other surface.
The entire is very pleasant, professional, and very caring about everything they do.
Brandon, Christian and Rudy were so professional and in such a pleasant way that you feel they are a part of your family.

Tyler’s team takes the time to do it right. About a month after the installation, I had another contractor up in my attic who complemented their installation. He said: “That’s quality installation work, you don’t see that much anymore.” I can’t think of anything more complementary than work getting complemented by one of their peers.

When initially looking for a new AC system, I reached out to 3 different well-rated services. Of the quotes, Tyler’s assessment had the middle capacity system but at the lowest price. He asked about my personal preferences, took into account some odd geometries, and built a quote that worked for me. His quote came in at about 25% less than the next highest quote.

Due to HOA shenanigans, I had to reschedule twice. Tyler even helped me answer HOA questions and offered to show up to an HOA meeting if it would help. He stuck with me and didn’t drop me as a customer despite 4 months of my HOA jerking me (and by proxy him) around.

I cannot recommend Command Comfort enough.

We've been using Command Comfort for 8 years, and they do a great job maintaining our A/C system. We recently had Rami out for maintenance and he did a great job keeping our A/C running in peak condition!

Our interior AC coils needed a serious deep clean. Tyler from Command Comfort was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything in laymen’s terms for me. He gave me a heads up before every noise he would make, and made sure I was ok with the different cleaners he was using. Excellent customer service and I will gladly use them for my AC needs going forward.

We have had consistently great service from owner Chris and his technician Johnny. Johnny is our guy, he is thorough in making sure I know exactly what is going on with our HVAC system. He provides steps for moving forward and being sure our system stays working hard and efficient. They are fair and upfront in pricing. I recommend Command Comfort for both commercial and residential service. Thank you Johnny and Chris for exception service.

I am very pleased with my entire experience with Command Comfort. Especially Paul and Jon- the two technicians who came out to install my new AC. From the very beginning, they were professional, took the time to patiently walk me through the process and ask my opinion about aesthetic options , and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very trustworthy- I even felt comfortable leaving the house on an errand while they were here.
Lastly, they cleaned up very nicely. Some contractors leave stuff behind or leave a dusty mess for you to clean up, but Paul and Jon were very diligent about cleaning the space.
Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone! And will definitely use in the future.

We split the project in two phases over six month period; a) ductwork abatement/replacement and b) AC/heat-pump replacement. There were no pressure sales for the second phase hardware replacement and deciding to go with Command Comfort after obtaining other quotes.
Tyler, the Project Manager, walked through the process and providing technical information for consideration.
I met more technicians than I could remember during the ductwork; patient, clean, and efficient work and I'm sure the attic was more than 100F! Brandon and Robert were professionals with the second phase AC hardware installation.
During both engagements, one thing that impressed me the most was their commitment to quality workmanship.

My service tech Justin was intelligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable, too. As he inspected and cleaned my units, he told me exactly what he was doing and why and also explained what he wasn’t recommending for me now and why. I’ve had my system and been very happy with it for years but Justin had tips I’d not known about for the care of my system and for settings on the remote for even better satisfaction and comfort. All in all a very successful and pleasurable inspection visit. I highly recommend this company.
