I was having an issue with the inverter connecting to wifi. Gerardo came out amd got everything working again. It wasn't a big problem, but he knew just what to do. Uploaded firmware update and corrected the wifi issue very quickly.

I have not had good interactions with Freedom Forever in the past. However, last week I called them about a leak in my roof under the solar panels. From Shyla in customer service to Eric and Daniel who came out and assessed and fixed the exterior problems, everyone was very professional and greatly improved my outlook on this company.

My experience with Freedom forever and Boundless energy, were fantastic.

Our Boundless rep Jason was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Freedom Forever noticed our panels weren't producing, I didn't even know it. They reached out to me. Gerardo, the technician, came quickly, was very patient with my questions and got the panels up and running again.

A truck showed up to my house. Not sure if the app has a notification function but no heads up for this pop-up. Ezequiel informed me that the system prompt for this visit, which is fine but no heads up from anyone. Ezequiel completed replacing the box. He was polite and was able to provide all answers to the questions I had, since I wasn't aware of this visit until he pulled up to my house. 5 🌟's for Ezequiel.

I didn't even know there was something wrong with my system. I just so happen to not look at it. My kids usually have my phone to watch videos and I guess the swiped the notification. Anyway the monitoring department and Jonathan showed up and took care of everything. I was notified before hand they were coming and what issues were there. Jonathan informed me what was replaced and what work and all I had to do was answer the door! Great service!

Followed by the best crew I’ve been around to install the panels, inverters and batteries. Very professional. Paid attention to detail, and was accommodating with my unique/picky request’s. Truly feel that Adonis and the entire ‘the boys’ crew treated my home as if it were their own. Would highly recommend.

Jose Lopez with Freedom Forever showed top technical skills experienced for me to be confident in his final inspections and corrections for the City Of Fresno to issue my solar permit which they did. He exhibited top quality knowledge in the solar field expertise and ease myself that my solar is running to operate fully without any issues once it gets approved by PG&E.
