I purchased 1 bidet when we moved into our new home and loved it. Then we purchased 2 more couple of months later. It's been now little over 2 years and still loving it. very affordable and easy to install. We also recommended our friends and family and they love it as well. Thank you for the great product.

My husband purchased one and we loved it, then we ordered a 2nd for a friend and it didn't fit so we called and we were told to send back and they would exchange it. That was in January and two calls later we still haven't received our 2nd one. It was paid for and now we will have to get the credit card company to get our money back. If they would please send our seat we wouldn't have to do this.
