My project involved a whole house demolished with a Two Floor ADU addition. My Lot Size is pretty small and an irregular Shape corner lot with complicated Set back restrictions, Santhosh had diligently follow-up my queries quickly and effectively. Santosh sincerely care about the customers and explained every small details in full. I'm satisfied with his service received. Santosh has always met my expectations and has resolved promptly, efficiently and successfully. ExpandADU currently does not support Two Floor ADU addition, but Santosh guided to review my current house earlier plan permits and drawings and suggested an Architect from his network connection with whom I am consulting now. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Santosh from Expand ADU. We him at the tiny homes for exhibition when we were considering adding an ADU to our yard. Santosh was very knowledgeable about the rules and various ADU options and offered to help us figure out whether that was the right option for us. After carefully listening to us about our needs and taking some measurements he actually helped us realize that we weee better off to remodel our home. While he no longer handles remodeling he offered to connect me with architects and contractors that could help us. He then told me that I could call him anytime I had questions or doubts. He is a genuinely helpful person and I would recommend him and Expand ADU for any of your needs.

ExpandADU team helped us with our modular ADU in Hayward, CA on our rental property. They were quick to come and study the site once we told them our requirements. The entire process was fairly simple and we got the ADU home done within 8 months.

They showed us multiple floor plans and made some valuable suggestions that could lower our permit fee, cost of the project with some great options. The permit approval took a little while but once it was approved the installation process was pretty fast.

The prefab ADU came with practically everything including full kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, stainless steel appliances, laundry hook ups, full bathrooms with even mirrors, vanities, faucets etc. Once the home arrived on wheels to the site, they installed the foundation, did flooring, finishing work and connected utilities in a matter of 3 months before we got our final approval.

We were looking to add an ADU in our backyard here in east bay and didn't know where to start, we searched up on google and found a few companies that explained us the concept of prefab ADU, many of these companies had a entry commitment fee before they even gave us a rough estimate of how much it would cost.

We got a flier of Expand ADU Inc at one of the weekend events and called them, the call was went well and we received almost all the important information we needed right there on the call, Swathi got our address and within 24 hours sent us the feasibility report that had the placement of the ADU on our site, option of floor plans, the maximum area of the ADU we could do on our site etc.

The price quote we received was pretty competitive compared to the other companies and the entire process of the ADU installation was done smoothly, they kept us updated on the progress in regular intervals through emails.

The best thing we personally liked about these guys is that they always kept our interest as priority and guided us in every step to maximize the rental income.
