Super job! This is my first year with this fireplace and he came through and made it look brand new. And in record time. As soon as he arrived he was out the door. The man is a magician with fireplaces. He gave me some pointers on how to use the fireplace. Super helpful, friendly and thorough. We will see him again next year for another cleaning :)

Willy was very friendly, personable and clean. When he learned that we had no other heat source Willy arranged his schedule to fit us in to make sure we would be warm that night. When he showed up at our house he dressed the part and took time to talk with my kids and share with them the history of chimney sweeping.

Today, I had my chimney cleaned by Willie’s Chimney Sweep Service. During the onset of his arrival the owner “Willie” explained in detail what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. At the end of the service, I was briefed on the outcome of the cleaning by photos of the chimney and how to care for the chimney until the next cleaning. As a satisfied customer, I want you to know how much I appreciate the attention and advice you provided, regarding my chimney. I feel secure knowing that it desperately needed a cleaning and it’s safe to burn a fire.
