Jack of 911 Electrical is very professional and friendly. He replaced several electrical outlets in my home for me. I was impressed by the speed and quality of his work. I will call him again if ever necessary. I can definitely recommend him.

Very professional and fast work! Jack and his crew did an amazing job installing a couple of RV service lines. Very clean conduit work. I had a 50A and a 30A service ran on the side of the house and the work was very reasonably priced. We are definitely having jack and his crew come back to do more electrical work done to the house and even upgrade our water heater to a tankless system. Very nice and very professional!

Jack and Ruben came out fast when my water main was leaking. Gave me honest information and suggested some of the repairs could be done for less money if I had my landscaper do some of it. I appreciated their speedy service and getting water back into my home!

As a first time homeowner, I'm very cautious of who I allow to work on my home. After this seamless experience, 911 Plumbing and Electric will be the ONLY one I'll call for my plumbing/electric/solar needs. The staff is so professional on the phone and quickly got me scheduled for a quote. They came out to my home, provided an estimate and completed my project in 2 days! (I had a panel upgrade, washer/dryer hook up, and an outdoor outlet installed (which was actually free :)) I especially liked that I got text message alerts notifying me when they are on their way! All their staff that came to my home were kind and very respectful of my property. I completely trusted them in my home. The end result was great and beautifully done. They definitely have my business for years to come.

Jack is an amazing electrician as well as a great person! He diagnosed our electrical problem quickly and recommended a solution. Not only was he correct but his recommendation was verified by two other opinions from friends who are also electricians. He accomplished the work and checked the results which were positively amazing!

I sought out Jack on the strength of these reviews and I'm glad I did. He was able to come diagnose our issue quickly and put in a new electrical circuit for our new oven. He was very patient with my endless questions about other unrelated electrical issues throughout the house and gave us advice that was clear and easy to understand. Jack and his team from 911 plumbing and electric helped us out over this weekend to fix some electric issues which have been troubling us for over a year. Although it was a weekend he arrived promptly just after 2 hours of calling him. He was super professional and had expert knowledge to diagnose the problems and he was quick to fix each and every issue. He is honest and takes great pride in his work and craftsmanship and on top of it he is a friendly and nice person. I highly recommend Jack and his team A+++

We had an urgent, and potentially dangerous, situation on a weekend. Jack was able to come out the same day. He explained the situation each step of the way and answered all of my questions. He took care of the problem and resolved all my worries. I will absolutely call him in the future without hesitation. This is my new go-to electrician. We was looking pricing to replace a main panel in our 6 unit apartment complex in Fresno ca we are hire 911 plumbers and electricians inc this company have a great pricing quality work and always was on highly recommended this company

Jack and his team were great when it came to replacing the outlets in my large, older house! I really wanted to make sure we were up to code in regard to electrical safety, and so needed to replace dozen of plugs with GFCI ones in a number of spaces, including outside of the house and in the garage.

Jack and his workers were not only patient in checking and making sure all the outlets that needed to be replaced were found and changed out, but also let me check the finished installation. If I felt the new sockets were sitting crooked or did not like how the wall plate sat, they would kindly remove and adjust things until I was satisfied.

Many contractors are fine with rushing through and finishing the job as quickly as possible, cutting corners and leaving the final result unpolished. Jack, on the other hand, seems genuinely invested in his customer's happiness and thus will spend extra time addressing every detail you want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. I am glad I trusted and went with 911 Plumbing & Electric for this project and I will use them for other electric work as I update and renovate my home.

PG&E left us without electricity for almost two weeks after completing some electrical work on the central pole at my neighbor's house. The next day after they did the work, I had issues with my electricity and called them back out. After being unable to fix the issue, they removed my meter. They advised me to get a licensed electrician and to call the city to get it inspected and tagged to complete the reinstall. I was at a loss for words when I heard this and couldn't believe what was happening. After going back and forth with PG&E, there was not much I could do, and I needed my electricity back on asap. I researched electricians and found 911 Plumbing & Electric due to their high reviews.
I couldn't have picked a better business. Jack was nothing but impressive. He was very kind and understanding after explaining to him what happened. He was compassionate and ensured he would help us through the whole process. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and completed the work through the required process. He contacted the city and had them complete the inspection. I left everything in his hands, and not only did he get everything taken care of, he went above and beyond. They are amazing. In a world where customer service has declined, Jack and 911 Plumbing and Electric have exceeded my expectations. They should be the standard in customer service! They were honest and walked me through the whole process. Thank you for everything you did! I'm glad I chose 911 Plumbing & Electrical!!!!

Very nice ,honest and fast respond. I called different company before they came and diagnose and talk me I have to replace my blower fan for my heater to work. Thank God I did not listen to them because that would cost me over thousand dollars to fix. Then I called 911 plumbing & electric. Thay responded very quick and repair was led then one hundred dollars. Thanks Jack. I recommend this company to everyone.
