My washer gave out spilling water into my small hall way and bathroom and got into my rug and 2 closets called All Steam Simon came out quick and was able to exact the water in my carpet quick put down dryers so mold wouldn't set in awesome service.

We had the pleasure of having Shawn work his magic, after a AC leak that flooded our hallway and closet he worked diligently to get everything cleaned and repaired I appreciate him , definitely deserves a raise looking forward to working with all steam again because of him!

This company is a small business and family owned locally. They treat their employees very well and their clients just the same. They do quality work and go the extra mile to meet or exceed expectations. I highly recommend this company for all your carpet, upholstery, and carpet repair needs. They even do grout and tile cleaning along with free estimates.

We love working with the entire all steam crew, but we especially love having Simon back on the sites as well! He is very efficient and quick! We love how he communicates back with us in the office and even takes photos! Theres no other carpet cleaners in the central valley that we would work with. Spots came back in a week and seemed like they just put chemicals on it and didn't extract anything? I spilled again next to a spot and put Windex on all spots and mopped it! Came out better then they did!

Just sign a new lease with my apartment complex and they provide one karpik clean for free When you're not home they won't clean your carpet correctly they don't even use shampoo and they try to hustle $30 trying to say your carpets need a deep cleaning even though it's free So for the people out there Make sure your home To get proper service
