Amazing customer service. An AC service technician broke off a key in my gate lock. I took things apart thinking I could get the key out. My wife worked on it for an hour too.

Because the gate gave anyone access to my pool and yard I needed to get this lock issue resolved quickly. It had been several years since I had been to Haven's but they were the first company that came to mind and I'm glad I did make the 15 mile drive.

Israel was amazing and able to remove the broken key in minutes. He was very professional and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. He didn't try to sell me anything and didn't up charge for the small project.

Haven's is locally owned and goes the extra mile to please the customer.

Technician nic came to my apartment and got my door unlocked had forgotten my keys inside and lucky he came as quickly as he could to get me and my daughters out of the cold best tech 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!!

These guys are some of the best locksmith and key makers in Fresno and they provide excellent customer service which leads to great customer satisfaction.

I needed 2 replacement keyd for an e-bike battery. My girlfriend had been to two other locksmiths and they just looked at the key and shook their head. Same for home Depot in Fresno ag. I knew these guys could do it because I went there 18 months ago with a different e-bike battery key and they made me two keys for that one. That day he was training someone how to use the machine and because it took half an hour he gave me the keys for free.

This time one of the other guys helped me right away but he didn't want to try and cut the key without 100% certainty on the correct key number. I had to wait for one of the owners to help and same as last time yes I can duplicate that. I also had him do another key for me and because I had to wait again he said 'you don't have to pay'. This time I refused to take the keys for free and he says you can leave me a $5 tip I think I paid $18 for three keys and a couple carabiners annoying that it was done correctly made it worth it.

If you need great service by professionals that know what they're doing and think of the customer first this is the place to go. If you need a gun safe or a money safe or any safe this is the place to go.

The dead bolt on my front door was not working correctly. It would get stuck in the locked portion and I would have to jiggle it to unlock it sometimes taking 3-5 minutes to get the dead bolt to unlock. I took on the dead bolt off my front door and took it in to Haven's. They replaced the damaged/warned part for less than $10.

The best costumer service Havens Security ,we bought a safe and they helped us select the one we needed they were very kind and explained every detail to us, they also took it and installed it where we wanted it , thank you we are very happy I highly recommend Havens security

I've been using Haven's Lock & Security for years for our business key needs. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and their location right off Highway 180 is very convenient. They have a huge selection of keys, safes, locks, cameras, and security products.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their service area policy. They offer free service calls in Fresno and Clovis, but quoted me $150 to come to my location, even though I'm only about 15 minutes from their shop. That didn't make much sense since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away.

Also, key prices have increased quite a bit over the years, which adds up when you're making keys in bulk for employees.

Overall, good service, knowledgeable staff, and a well-stocked security store. I'd continue using them and would recommend them.

Have used them 2 times recently because I was near downtown both times and both times the keys they made did not work. Today is the employees seemed dazed and confused. Just an absolute waste of time.

I asked Haven's for a quote to change all the exterior locks at my house. Met with a tech and went over exactly I needed done. A few days later a got a written quote to approve. The bill of material and work quoted was no ware near what the tech and I discussed at my house. I called and spoke with Brittany about differences. Britany told me it wasn't her fault. She would speak to the tech and redo the quote. That was about a week ago with no further communication from Haven's. I've since moved on to another locksmith. The work will be done tomorrow by a so far reliable and dependable company. That listens and can follow instructions. Haven's had a great reputation, however that was far from my experience.

My car broke down. I called them three times to ask for help. They were right there. Gotta jump through the hoops. They said no do it yourself not very cool

Just be cool. The owner is not cool
