Very fast!
From the time we called the time our door had been reopened. It was 22 minutes.
Every other company in town was 3 to 4 hours out. It seemed like they were almost doing it as a side job compared to a legitimate business.
I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name. I was dealing with tall, younger skinny gentlemen very polite.
He came in and got right to work got done. Got paid left with a handshake and we shouldn’t be happier.

He did get three price quotes, $125 from one company $95 as a discount if we were to wait until the end of the day, this company Clinton’s mobile key readily available quick friendly service and easily the best price they performed the service for $75 no credit card fee!

Very happy and impressed highly recommend using them if and when you’re locked out

This was my first time here. I went to three other shops in town nobody had the correct blank. The customer service here was outstanding. They had what I needed. I'm very excited. He even gave me the key on the house because he said he'd love to have me back someday. So I will definitely be back here to have my keys made and locks serviced. If I ever need a safe, I know where to come because they had a nice selection of quality products..

Service is quick and fast. Pricing is way cheaper than going to the dealership. I paid $270 for a copy of my key and a copy of my son's key.

Good price quick service after calling many places for quotes. I was able to send a txt for a quote they txt back no haggle like many lock Smith seem to do. I would send friend and family here.

I brought in an old stamp machine to have a key made for. Jacob assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He had my machine back to me quickly AND he returned an old silver dime that was inside the machine. That's the kind of integrity that's going to make me come back and refer Havens.

Jason did a great job programming my car key and cutting the emergency key! He is very professional, flexible, and punctual! I can tell he is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. The price is reasonable and communicated transparently. I highly recommend this business.

I’ve been using Haven’s Lock & Security for years for our business key needs. Their location is convenient, right off Highway 180 in downtown Fresno, making it easy to get in and out. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and I’ve never had issues with the quality of their work. They have a large selection of safes, security cameras, locks, keys, and other security products, which is impressive.

The reason for the 4-star rating is their service area policy. I was told they provide free service calls within Fresno and Clovis, but my address which is only about 15 minutes from their location would require a $150 service fee simply because it’s outside those city limits. It seems like service charges would be more reasonable if they were based on actual travel distance rather than city boundaries, especially since some Fresno and Clovis locations are farther away.

Another downside is that key-cutting prices have increased significantly over the years. What used to cost around $1 to $1.20 per key is now over $4 per key, which adds up when purchasing keys in bulk for employees.

Overall, the staff is professional, the service is reliable, and the location is well-stocked with security products. Despite a couple of concerns, it’s still a solid place to do business.

Jason takes pride in his work and his very thorough. That's the simplest way to put it. Just bought a new house and needed to get rekeyed. He walked us through options and then handled it. Our front door was not easy but he figured out what could be done for a reasonable amount. Thorough!!! One lock wasn't working smoothly, he came back a couple of days later with a whole new locking mechanism because he takes pride in his work. Thanks Jason!!!

Fast, professional service. Replaced my truck's key fob/key for me when one of the buttons broke on mine. Decent pricing, too.

Jason was great, well priced and highly accommodating. He rekeyed and installed 11 locks this afternoon, including an unfamiliar smart lock. I am extremely satisfied with Jason’s work and professionalism; he even offered help with programming a garage door keypad and lent me a spanner. Jason is my go-to referral for a trusty locksmith.

No hesitation, he asked for pictures and gave us options, responded fast and polite.

The board inside my key fob was damaged while I was replacing the battery which caused the anti theft device to engage and I could not start my car. I called around for pricing and this place had the most competitive price. Clinton said he could be here in about 2 hours and arrived 30 minutes early. He was fast, affordable and a pleasure to do business with. I definitely recommend using Clinton if you have locksmith needs. Thanks Clinton.
