Very professional service. Santiago listened carefully to my concern about a large gap between two of the septic tank covers, which was letting in dirt and rainwater. At first, the idea was to replace one of the covers to make it fit better. When Santiago and his partner came back to do the job, they worked patiently to slide the covers together tightly. They realized the end piece overlapped outside of the tank, so they adjusted it, closed up all the gaps, and sealed them well. There was no need for a new cover, which saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend this plumber!

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! We have an older farmhouse with some outdated plumbing, and many larger companies seemed clueless about it when they did come out. However, Walter came right away and quickly identified the issue. We had a pipe break underneath the house, causing a big leak. None of the big companies were available to help us since it was a Sunday. But Walter responded almost instantly and kept me informed about when he would arrive. He did an excellent job, worked quickly, and there was no hassle at all. Plus, the cost was surprisingly low compared to other plumbers. He is fantastic, and I highly recommend him!

We’ve hired plumbers twice now in Fresno—once to put in new fixtures in two bathrooms, and another time to replace an old shower diverter and spout. Our house is older, and while putting in the new toilets, sinks, and vanity, Frank and his team found some DIY work in the plumbing lines and at one of the toilet flanges. The crew took care of it really well and kept us updated the whole time. When they replaced one of the sinks, they even managed to keep the original wall tile so we could keep that retro look. So, we reached out to Chase & Sons Plumbing, who had installed the pump and sewer line years ago. They responded quickly and started checking the problem. Jerome and Walter worked on the job and were very friendly, patient, and kind. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, so they needed to come back the next day with a backhoe. They pulled out the pump and found it was covered in tree roots, making things more complicated. While figuring out the next steps, I remembered that the sewer lines had been updated a couple of years ago, which could help solve the problem. Jerome got right to work, talking to the right people and making calls to the local departments to help us out. Thanks to his hard work and positive attitude, they found a way to fix the problem and save us money. Even after getting sprayed with sewer water, Jerome stayed upbeat and focused on helping us. The job is finished, the renters have water again, and we are very happy with the results.
