Good service!

Great customer service.

Adam fixed the problem, and was very quick. Will definitely use Nova again.

They were quick and responsive. Were able to respond same day on Friday afternoon. Would recommend and use them again. Thanks

They cleared a backed up main sewage line for me and I am very thankful for their service. The technician knew what needed to be done to fix the issue.

Came within an hour of our call. Fixed our water heater. Very professional. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this plumbing company great service friendly workers ... I can't thank Alex enough for coming out on an emergency call late in the evening and had the problem fixed in no time . He knew excalty what he was doing I will definitely be calling them for Any other plumbing needs . Thank you so much for your outstanding services

Adam helped me finally fix a long ongoing returning problem with the drain from my second story apartment on a 1940’s building. It has now been a few months and it keeps on draining fine. I can finally take a shower without standing in a pool of my own dirty water. I had had several plumbers coming in with intervals of 3 or so months. Adam was one of those that tried to solve the problem and he was working furiously on it for a day. He finally solved it, letting me know next time it would require more intensive measures to finally solve the problem, even pipe repair. So l asked for him when the problem eventually returned and he finally fixed it, for good, no pipe exchange needed. I don’t know about you, but l appreciate a job well done, so thank you.

We had a major leak and called nova services. They were incredibly responsive and sent a technician out right away. They were professional efficient and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Came same day for non-emergency, identified the leak source and fixed it in less than half an hour. Cleaned up the mess, very courteous and professional, cost less than I had planned. Definitely recommend these guys!

Nova Came out on a saturday to repair a leak in our toilet. The crew Arrived within two hours, was polite ,professional and very clean. We'll always use Nova services

My apartment complex had called them to come out and replace the water heater in my unit that had gone out. A few weeks later I had to call again for a clogged pipe. When it rains it pours I guess but the company provided great service and fixed both issues in a timely manner. ALEX was very friendly and professional. He fixed both issues quickly and I am very happy with the results. Thank you!!!

Nova service got the call from Renaissance restoration Inc and they were on the way immediately. They cut out dry wall, detected the leak and shut off the cold and hot water immediately. Their response to our emergency was nothing short of amazing and my wife and I are more than thankful for making our huge problem disappear so quickly and efficiently! Professional team! Outstanding service! They even detected a future problem we may have had and fixed it before we had to experience another leak and catastrophe. These men worked in triple digit weather after hours and went far and wide above our expectations! We thank them and highly recommend calling them before anyone else!. These are the only people to call in an emergency

I was recommended to use Nova from a coworker who knew the company was recently under new management and warned me to ignore the older reviews. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad I took his advice! I've had both Xavier and Alex out at my house and not only were they super fast and professional, but they also had fantastic pricing and Alex took steps to prevent any root damage from reoccurring in the future. Thank you Nova for giving me back my bathroom and not breaking the bank! These are my go-to plumbers from now on

I will be calling Nova Plumbing for all our plumbing needs! We had an issue with our shower and toilets backing up, after having the septic tank pumped which we thought would fix the issue, it didn't. We called around and every plumber was a week or two out. Nova was able to get out to us on the same day and was able to determine the cause and fix the problem. Both technicians/plumbers that came out were nice and took the time to explain what they did to fix the issue and how to prevent it in the future. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Renaissance referred a Nova journeyman plumber to us for a bathtub handle repair. He came right away, and had all the necessary tools and parts with him. He was very friendly and professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently and made sure that we inspected the work he had done. And the price was SO reasonable. We will be using Nova for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Highly recommend.

Nova Services came out within 1 hour of my call and fixed our leaky toilet. Service was completed within 15 minutes! Thank you Adam!

Employee Mario is a very sarcastic and rude person. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service. Had them out to replace a water heater yesterday. I called this morning to let them know that there was still no hot water and got told "we have 12 call ahead of you so we will get there when we get there." I will not be using Nova again and will be asking that they be removed form out vendors list.
