Robert was very professional and checked everything and repaired it. Office staff was also amazing by notifying me on arrival times and they looked for solutions to get my heater working sooner.

We had Chavez heating and air come out to evaluate our furnace as part of our home warranty. They were prompt, informative, and helpful.
