So, I am a doctor and am completely lost in any trade supply store. I needed a water regulator /heat trap for a Bradford White water heater anode rod. Could not locate it online for hours. So, I drove to Hirsch Pipe and Supply in Garden Grove, CA with the expectation of being poorly treated because of not being in the trade. Instead, the Assistant Manager Omar Pineda, and the sales associate, Joel Ceballos, took their time, searched for the part, located it, prepared to order it, and were of great assistance. My negative preconceived ideas of poor service were not only evaporated by their kind, charming, knowledgeable, and patient personalities, but they provided exceptional service. But, then they went beyond "exceptional service." Omar remembered placing the $7 plastic part in a drawer, located it, and then gave me the part without charge! No waiting, no driving back and forth, and nothing asked for in return! Now that is service! Hirsch has earned my business and recommendation. Oh, and the best part - no plumber cracks! haha

After numerous calls to my water heater manufacturer, as well as almost being completely ripped off by a large Orange County home service (plumbing) company, I was told by a friend to call Hirsch Pipe and Supply in Garden Grove. Omar P answered the phone and it felt like all my stress was lifted. Omar was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Omar, and of course Hirsch, led me down the correct path, assisting me with exactly what I needed to square away this warranty issue. I want to commend Omar for his dedication to his trade, his knowledge and, unarguably the most important, his honesty. Thank you Hirsch and Omar.

Talk about customer service! The guys at Hirsch pipe & supply went way beyond the extra mile to help me figure out a solution for my pool plumbing conundrum.

These guys really know their stuff! David the manager goes above and beyond for his customer. They always have what we need in stock and when it comes to special orders they find it quick and communicate the whole way through. This Garden Grove location is a staple for my business. Thanks to them we’ve gotten through a ton of jobs with ease. And their deliver is on point! Thank you guys for always treating us like we are the most important customer! If you’re looking for a good supply house to call home base, this is it!

They charged 25% restocking after they gave me the wrong materials been going to Hirsch 15 years never been charged restocking fees don't know what bs those guys are on worst branch don't bother go elsewhere
