Extremely satisfied with the support! Thank you for the rapid response to fixing our stove. Staff is kind and very knowledgeable.

Our dryer was intermittently not heating, A&Y had good reviews on Google so we called them at 1:30 and Mike quickly scheduled us for a 2:30-5:30 appointment, the technician Ara arrived around 3:30, after a 15 min inspection it was determined an internal part was malfunctioning, he completed the replacement and was done by 4:15. Great service and so far so good on the dryer, I will call them for future appliance service.

I was very happy and pleasantly surprised, that A&Y Appliances were able to come out same day as well as a weekend day was not an extra charge.

I called, they scheduled, and someone came out 2 1/2 hours later.

I had an excellent experience with A&Y Appliance from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me toward the right appliance for my needs. The prices were very reasonable, and the delivery was fast and on time. The installation team was efficient and respectful of my home, making sure everything worked perfectly before leaving.

It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction, but A&Y Appliance goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

It was so nice to be able to speak to a real person to schedule service! I got a same day appointment and the technician was very professional and transparent about what the issue was with my wall oven. He had the part needed in his truck and was in and out in under an hour. A+

Great service. My LG washer broke on a Sunday. It wouldn’t drain or spin. I found them on Google, and they were great on the phone. They came on the early side of a 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. window. That was great.
I read the reviews, and people complained about a language barrier. I don’t see how that would matter. The technician knew his stuff. He fixed the broken water pump and cleaned behind my washing machine. He was amazing.
I highly recommend them. My washer is all fixed and I’m five loads in today :-)

There is one word that describes A&Y Appliances...EXCELLENCE! I googled appliance repair and found A&Y appliances. Eugene was sent out to check on my washer the same day and he was very professional and worked quickly but thoroughly on my washing machine. Eugene after replacing the part and before leaving ran the washing machine to make sure it was working properly. (The price for the repair was reasonable). Now my washing machine works better than when I bought it brand new.

A & Y Appliance was wonderful! They responded so quickly to my call and they were able to diagnose and repaired my washing machine the same day! A&Y appliances came through for me today. They are honest, punctual, knowledgeable and fair.
Andrew, the tech that handled my service call diagnosed the problem on my 25 year old stove, explained what it would take and gave me a fair quote. He further explained how I could help prevent or solve future minor similar problems.

Eugene is great! He figured out what was needed and repaired my microwave. Others told me buy a new one as it was not fixabke.. He also fixed my dishwasher. I will recommend him to all my friends. Thanks A&Y Appliances Inc for having a dedicated worker Mr Eugene

Saturday the timer on the dryer broke. I contacted A&Y appliances and an appointment was set up for the afternoon. They text me.,Eugene was on the way. He showed up and diagnosed the problem...part needed to be ordered and he said a maximum of 3 days to complete job. Sunday afternoon I received text that Eugene has the part and on his way...on Sunday!!!. He c a me replaced the item and finished. I was shocked....Eugene said they work 7 days a week!!!!. Exceptional service and very knowledgeable and polite. Call them for any appliance repair. Thank you Eugene.

Was able to get an appt quickly; arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem was with my washer; ordered the part and came out the next day to fix it. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I reached out to Mike at 6pm with a washer error code issue and he scheduled us for 9-11am the following morning, Eugene arrived on time and performed the service quickly. A&Y Appliance is excellent.

I appreciated that they were able to come out to repair my dishwasher so quickly. Their repairman (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was prompt, efficient in diagnosing the issue and best of all, had the necessary replacement part on his truck so he could fix it right away. I am more than grateful that I chose A&Y Appliances and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service. A&Y scheduled Vardan a same-day visit for my Viking refrigerator, quickly diagnosed a failed compressor, and came back the next day with the parts to finish the job. Smooth process, reasonable price and the fridge is running perfectly now
