My long-term tenant of over a decade recently moved out, prompting me to overhaul and modernize the property. As part of these renovations, I made the decision to employ the services of a professional electrician. Looking back, I can confidently say I made the right call. The amount of electrical work was quite substantial, encompassing everything from the replacement of all outlets, introduction of new switches, running new circuits for kitchen appliances, to replacing existing lighting with contemporary LED fixtures. This is not to mention a host of other miscellaneous electrical tasks. troy came to assess the scope of the project and provided a comprehensive quote. What struck me was his attentive listening and insightful recommendations, reflecting his professional expertise. This level of professionalism, which seems to be increasingly hard to come by these days, was a breath of fresh air. The team was not only professional but also approachable, completing the job correctly, punctually, and according to Glendale's code. They even went above and beyond, installing sleek recessed LED lights equipped with a dimmer for mood lighting (see attached photos). This thoughtful touch will surely be appreciated by my new tenants should they wish to set a romantic ambiance. I plan on hiring this team again for an upcoming rental property project, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. A big thanks to the electrician team for their top-tier service!
