I wouldn't trust this company with my business. They're clearly going through a rough patch, and it's starting to show in their performance. We spent a small fortune on Alliance for our HVAC installation and maintenance, but we've been consistently let down by their post-service work. For example, when our heating system started malfunctioning, it took an eternity to get someone who knew what they were doing to come fix it - two whole weeks, with the heat failing every night in our guest rooms. Another issue was with a furnace Alliance installed years ago, which has failed multiple times due to water accumulation in the combustion chamber. This is a known problem that can be prevented through regular servicing, but Alliance seems to be ignoring it.

We were paying a significant fee each quarter for maintenance, and yet these issues kept coming back until our boiler finally gave out and needed to be replaced. When we spoke up about the problems, the president of Alliance basically told us they didn't want to work with us anymore and suggested we look elsewhere for support. It's clear that Alliance is happy to take your money for installation and maintenance, but they're not interested in standing behind their work or doing it properly. Be careful - don't trust them to get it right.
